My mom is coming over to run all over the place (ie, coupon / go to store) Which i'm glad she doesn't mind doing but OMG she comes TOO EARLY! She said she'd be coming around 8.. /zonk. I don't know that I quite believe that she will be here that early..probably around 9 or so ..either way there isn't really a reason to go back to sleep!! I will try to nap later if at all possible ..which I probably won't be able to do because I need to try to shave and wash/re straighten my hair! I have really been doing well with my sleep considering all the drama I had back in June..However, apparently something within the last couple of days must be bothering me on a subconscious level because I haven't been getting deep sleep/ and can't even seem to get my nap in in the day time :( It makes me feel like someone ran over me with a truck! Yesterday evening I was in total evil mode and didn't even really realize it..We still ended up going up to the bar to see the band outside but I seriously … [Read more...]

Old and boring!
Today has been meh and not for any other reason other than the fact that it is cloudy out and Sam woke me up like twice early as heck before I was ready to get up so I even had to get up about an hour earlier than I usually do. I hope things perk up for me! You know lately I am really sick of people saying that David & I are "Old" just because we prefer to spend time around the house (especially when drinking) and that we don't really get out and do things all that often. I hate to say it but I don't think that it makes us OLd or Boring in the least! It means we are grown up enough to not be out partying all the time! For example when we go to david's dad we leave and come home by like 9 or so through the week/even when we go to the biker bar for the live music. That is because HELLO David has to get up for work at 5:30 A/m! Also we don't mind going up to the pool place but goodness knows we don't have to get trashed everytime we go! Anyone else out there think i'm old and … [Read more...]
I miss: social in media, books/reading and Picture taking!
Lately there are 2 things I have really been missing that are things that used to be/ things that I used to do First off I miss when Twitter & The internet was more of a social thing! Honestly I log into twitter now and it's just streams and streams of retweeted content/promotions for contests ...Maybe it's just in my world but noone really converses anymore! I swear it's as if the social has been taken out of Social Media. I know i'm guilty of not tweeting as much as I used to, but I still try to to tweet the same sorts of things I always have. I'm not big on RT's and contests and twitter parties for the most part. If you're ever on twitter and you see something I tweet and want to talk back, don't be scared I won't bite (@xxpollypocket) As far as in the real world I miss 2 things: Reading and Taking pictures. I have always been an avid reader with a book collection that would rival most any library that I have ever personaly been in. I have well over 1000 books … [Read more...]

Worried bout my baby…
I have spent today worrying about David, because he was up sick & having a panic attack last night :( I was only awake like for 5 seconds around 2:20 a/m and I just thought ok, he got up to go to the bathroom and as unusal as it is for me, I fell RIGHT back to sleep! I feel so bad that I didn't know what was going on! He felt like absolute junk this morning and he said that he was still having tummy ache too this morning :( I Hope he feels better when he gets home, and perhaps we can go to bed early! I am still scrambling to figure out something light to make for dinner..probably just heat up some sort of soup. I would do homemade but I am out of the things I need for like every soup I like to make! I have a horrible ingrown toenail. I will spare you the horrible details but i've been battling this little sucker for like oh..a month now. My mom helped me get it out twice it scabbed over and now here it is again! I think it's doing better again for the moment.Hopefully! My stupid … [Read more...]
Dead night at the pool place!
Greetings Everyone, I know me up and about by 10...It must be the weekend! I honestly cannot ever sleep past like 8 or 9 on Fri-Sun! I don't know why, but it is a tiny bit annoying. Anyways, we went up to the pool place last night. I think I would be the first person ever seriously injured from simply watching a game of pool. David likes to get a little wild with that white ball sometimes and i'm always scared that i'm going to get hit in the head with it! I feel this way because anytime anything gets threw I seem to get hit in the head ever since I was a child! That is the most dead pool place / bar that I have ever been to in my life. Granted it was a thursday night, but dude we were the only ones in there until right when we were getting ready to leave and 4 other people showed up! I wish the biker bar/restaurant (seriously nom nom best food around) would expand and get some pool tables because the atmosphere there is better + they do get live bands that you don't have to pay … [Read more...]
