OCCUFRESH(and other Optics Labortory Products) Review!
You may or may not know that I wear glasses. Well let me rephrase that, I am supposed to wear them but, i'm a bad little gal and don't. Lately, I have been trying to wear them more around the house , especially when I am watching tv and being on the computer. In other words I should be wearing them almost 24/7 lol. I have had glasses since I was in 6th grade. My current pair is way overdue for an upgrade, but... that will probably still be a ways off So in the mean time, I will try to wear them more, and do what I can to keep them in good shape! Of course there are other ways that you can take care of your eyes, if you wear glasses or contacts or not! I recently have gotten more into trying to do more for my eyes. I guess it's kind of silly to say but it's kind of like they do a lot for me, so I need to return the favor! A little bit back I got the chance to review some stuff for my eyes, thanks to Optics Laboratory Products! I recieved a tote full of goodies, including … [Read more...]
An office space makes me excited…no really!
Have I mentioned I am planning to turn our extra room (sam's room) into a office? I already have some office-ish things in there like a desk, and such (though, in honesty a chair would really be the most welcome addition!) I am sick of wasting my online time multi tasking when it really isn't multi tasking on some sort of productive level. I am really bad to set out to do a review and get distracted by doing something else in the house (esp. downstairs) or even start watching something on tv, and bam next think you know it's dinner time and I haven't accomplished a thing I set out to do that day! I finally have a printer as well, for the first time in .. um.. years? I am very excited about that addition to my world as well. I see this as a productive thing for me having an little space to simply go to do my work and all that! I am quite excited as well. As far as the printer, now when I see something I want to print out I will be able to do it! I need to figure out which way … [Read more...]
Thanksgiving 2012 :D
*waves* well, I made it to middle of no where virginia and back safely! WOOT WOOT! We made it there and back in about 4 hours and 20minutes both trips. We left here at 6 a/m and left to come back around 4 p/m. I was really excited to go because like I said, I hadn't been since christmas last year. I almost had to have words with my mom from the get go though. I don't know if I have mentioned this before, and even if I have, it is worth mentioning again. I do NOT get along with my dads family very well, with the exception of my Aunt Sandra & Uncle Lonzo and my cousin Parker. And that's because they are similar to my parents and parker is only 4 months older than me. Anyways, for the past few years everytime my moms family has had an event/holiday his annoying brother R and his Mom (and flat out I call her my dads mom. she is NOT my grandma by any of my standards) show up. Well, this go around wasn't any exception to that .. Now think about it. We travel 4 1/2 hours to … [Read more...]
one last post before I travel!
*Waves* I thought I better take a few minutes and write here before I get distracted or am traveling tomorrow and can't. I ended up just getting up at a semi-regular time this morning instead of getting up when David left... I had a scrubbing bubble convention in the kitchen (seriously, did you know they make kitchen foam cleaner?) and washed dishes/dried and put up dishes. Then I vacuumed the living room, sorted clothes, put up some clothes, made the bed, and started tearing through my dressers to find shirts that I think might work for tomorrow. This is the point when David got home (I got up a bit after 10 and he got here a little after 11) I went from looking like a preppy, to an indian, to fat Pocahontas, to a pilgrim. I finally decided either wearing the pink preppy shirt with MAYBE my pink furry boots and def. my white headband with pink flower... OR just a regular appalachian shirt .. Then I proceeded to annihilate my closet searching for a purse. before I got half … [Read more...]
