All Images except the top image are courtesy of Erin Condren, thanks to a camera mishap! Ever since I was a young child I have liked anything that had to do with stationary items! I loved notebooks, pens, markers, folders and all of that sort of thing. Since I always wanted to be a teacher I even had all the teacher-ish kind of things like a lesson planner to play with and I even had a teacher who used to give me all the extra copies of her worksheets /ones that she didn't use! Playing school with my friends was a favorite, and I even had a file cabinet that I got for my birthday one year to help me organize all of these things! Oh, and just for a random note I did have the ENTIRE gelly roll ink pen collection at one point until we had a bomb threat at school and they got stolen when I had to leave my book bag :( Ever since I was in 4th or 5th grade I have had a planner to help me keep up with birthdays, homework and whatever other things I wanted to keep up with. I can … [Read more...]

Oh a second post in one day? why not?
Hey everyone! I thought I would take a few minutes and write again today whle I had a chacnce- I am just THAT interesting you know lol. Anyways it seems like today has been the longest day ever and I am currently doing my favorite watch tv and do online things while relaxing with the fur babes in bed thing :) David is watching a movie and of course I hope to be in bed for good here in the next little bit! My mom had one of her horrible painless migraines today. I think this is the worse one she has had. She actually said that she felt it starting on Sunday, how crazy is that? Thankfully she was doing a bit better when I talked to her while ago. My grandma went to the dr and got the staples out of her foot today! I think there were 27 of them ,and they gave her a boot thingy kind of like the one that I had and I think she actually will be able to put a bit of weight on it in a few weeks :) It really was good to see her last week and If we had made proper plans and … [Read more...]

Hey Everyone I have only ONE More review to get done this year and I am considering myself done and finished for the year! I had hoped to be done by dec 20th at the latest but it is o.k, things really started to pick up and I had to rearrange things a bit! I also ended up going up to my grandmas for the day on Friday for "Christmas" so that was nice. We kind of decided to go last minute.. well O.K we had talked about it late thursday night and then David didnt wake me up at 5 when he was supposed to, even though he says he did! We ended up going to walmart to get one of those little transmitter things for the ipod to play through the car radio, and then we headed out with Marley about 8. Marley travels so well! She set on my lap for 2 hours though lol. We got to my grandmas around 12 and left about 4:15 and got home around 8:30. Very zonked after that trip for sure! Saturday & Sunday kind of blur together ...We didn't have any church service or volunteering going on so we … [Read more...]
Review/Feature: Sephora- lots of limited edition holiday items!
There isn't a woman out there that doesn't like Makeup/Skincare/Beauty goodies on some sort of level. I am not really extreme with make up- I don't mind some eyeshadow now and then or some blush or mascara or something of those sorts. However, I really do like concealers and lip glosses and various lotions and potions! I have a vast collection of all things makeup/skincare/beauty that I have collected over the years, and I recently did a big purge of some of the older stuff, so needless to say I have been ready to get some new awesome exciting goodies and perk my stash back up! So when I was offered a chance to feature some of these items for review here on Autumn-Rain from Sephora I jumped on the chance! I received an AWESOME variety of goodies from Sephora to feature! It was one of those times where it was like I opened Christmas up out of a box (which rarely happens, but I have had it happen twice this year, WAHOO)! Seriously, just check out the preview of my box of … [Read more...]
got to do.. all.. the.. things!
Hey Everyone! Well my weekend was REALLY chill, especially since it was David's volunteer weekend! Yesterday I ended up going over to my moms because she wanted me to help her get things together for my grandmas christmas dinner! Of course there is a HUGE chance that I won't get to go to that because I *think* David has to work Friday, and that is when they decided to do the dinner this year. I had thought MAYBE we could go up on thursday morning and then come back that evening but that is such a tiring trip,so I am not really sure at this point. Tomorrow (Christmas Eve) David has to work until 12... Volunteer at church straight after until 7ish and then he has a family thingy. I might try to go over to my moms for a bit (trying to finish reviews TODAY if at all possible), and I would like to make it to one of the church services tomorrow (our church is having 6! starting at 11 and the last one is at 10 pm!) I might just end up streaming it though (even though since we only … [Read more...]
