Two years ago today I bought a domain moved all my wordpress.com site goodness to here! YAY!

The last few nights/mornings (and I am not complaining by any means) I have been not drinking, (2 beers at most and mostly NOTHING! ) going to bed early & drinking sleepytime tea beforehand…and pretty well sleeping through the night. Then in the mornings i’m actually semi awake and not feeling like death on a cracker! Whee! I better hush before I ruin it!

I am sorta up early because I think my mom might be coming over today to take me tanning and go to lunch. I don’t have much to get done around the house and stuff so it’s fine with me. I am currently debating on renewing my tanning because to me it seems like I am not nearly as dark as I was just a few weeks ago. Sure, it’s helped my skin so that’s good but hello I feel faded for some reason.

I know when I first went into the genesis beds and changed lotion it seemed like I was WHOA dark..but not now.I even got higher bronzers to use for my legs..ugh! I have to renew like tomorrow ..not sure not sure.

I think I made david pissed last night without meaning to. When he got home he put together the grill (we had to get another cheap one) and took me tanning and to eat. Then we went to his dads for a minute. We ended up staying a little longer than what he wanted i’m pretty sure but of course he doesn’t say anything till we leave! UGH!

I started a may picture meme, but I haven’t managed to get any of them up yet..hopefully today so I won’t be so far behind?

I am currently scouring the web for a new layout! Always fun..I seriously wish I had the patience or someone had the patience to help me make something! I just want something Girly, pretty, and 3 column..and free.. doesn’t seem like it should be that hard but it is!

Autumn Rain is up for renewal this week, so I gotta get that done! I believe I have till wed/thurs to get it done. 2 years..where has the time gone?

Today I am up early but I am thinking about heading back to bed for a bit! I was actually sleeping decently and feel semi like a human for once though, so I am as always afraid to go back to bed..Most of the time when I do I end up waking up with the extra special icky feeling!

It is starting to be summer. Looks like every day this week here in the south will be in the 90′s! gotta get me a fan for upstairs or i’ll never make it for sure. Darn flat roof!

I know things have been kinda ho hum here at the site, but I really am hoping I can pick it up a notch. You have to realize things in my real life have been ho hum, so I really can’t help but to have carried it over to here, and once again inadvertently put my site on a back burner seems like everything has been down including not only comments/interaction but hits ( a little bit) and all that good stuff…I tend to do really well with my site in the late spring/summer/fall and then slack off in the winter though! so ..I am hopefull to lure everyone back in!

It has really sucked this spring for me to have had allergies really bad, a bad period, allergies again, and for the last 2 weeks some sort of neck/ear/headachey thing going on + the horrible sleep as usual! I keep saying seriously I made it through cold season to deal with this? lol///

Anyways I am here, sorry I have gotten things all out of whack, and hope to see you all around!

Not a lot been going on in my world (as usual!) Pretty boring weekend for the most part..I didn’t get the chance to go to my parents which sucks..I also had an ineradicable sensuous/ headache /earache /lack of energy thing which I haven’t had one of in years..they really suck and I start getting hot …I don’t know it isn’t easy to explain..and of course I was far away from home when it started..so by the time we got home I was in a horrible spot and had to go to bed and sleep for 3 hours..

… don’t know why I keep using dots lol. Apparently I haven’t fully woken up enough to form a real blog post! Go figure!

I hope that my allergies shape up and I have a better week than I have had the last little bit or I might go bananas! I have things I would like to get done here on this site, my other site and in the house as well!

well this was a short rambly little post but I wanted to post anyways! catch ya later

Most of you know I am a dork with more books than you can shake a stick at! I couldn’t even begin to tell you how many books I have ..let alone have them all at my house. 98% of them live at my parents! I have also worked at a library, was a peer helper for the library in high school, and even volunteered at the library as a child! If I ever had the proper amount of space I would totally like to have a ton of shelves to put them all on and get organized! and..some library step stools

I even have an app for teachers to organize their books…and i’m going to use it for my personal collection! (I think!)

I got this saturday at mom’s. someone in her subdivision had sat out a few things with a free sign! I also got a pair of guess flipflops with charms. wish I’d have gotten up there sooner someone got a dish chair! I always have wanted one of those!

Sam is loving this since I used to have our old coffee table in there to lay on..But I gave it to david’s dad to use for a while..so..he’s got a new place to lay.. a pretty place at that!

I had a long and stressful day yesterday & today! I really don’t want to go into any details at this point except to say I made a mistake I suppose you could call it, and this mistake has costed me $225 of MY OWN MONEY and I am having to get my mom involved to get it back. If I get to where I can write more details without being upset I will write them here later.

David’s dad moved down yesterday. It didn’t really take all that long.. we went to biglots and got 2 nice loveseats and a bed..and a ton of random things like pillows and such. Then we went and got it all moved in, went to eat. Then david and I came home for a  while davids dad and uncle went to walmart and to buy a scooter. We went back over there later own and helped him set up a bit…came home and went to bed.

This morning I had a bit more stress, went to my parents for a while because the breaks on my car were acting wonky and my dad helped david fix those.Mom fixed my hair, and thats about it. I have missed tanning a ton this week, and I have got to get back on track. I am going to def. go tomorrow, and then I know my mom will take me when she has to come over to take care of the sittuation on monday. Maybe I can get Jason to take me one day this week if he gets over his plague and david doesn’t care …I really am glad I got the more powerful bed package and started laying 20 min instead of 15. I guess it really helps me make up for lost time !

Well i’m out. it’s 821 and I am going to wind myself down for the day. I hadn’t made a real blog on the weekend in forever, and with my influx of paid posts I figured I would catch ya later

Mom & I got quite an awesome deal couponing the other day and I wanted to take a minute to share it!

We went to walgreens and got this Nasal Ease Allergy Releiver

This spray is $9 …we had a coupon for $5 …and got $9 back in register rewards!

What did I get with My register rewards?

They had deer park 24 pk of water on sale for 3.99 each so I got 2 of those.

That only totalled $8 and I knew I had to make it $9 …

I picked up 2 packs of Skinny cow candy..I probably only needed 1 to make it the correct amount..

The total for the 2 pks of water and 2 pks of candy when I used the register reward from the nasal spray? 97 cents! so for 4.97 I got Nasal Spray, 2 pks of water and 2 pks of candy. Mom beat me..she got her 2nd transaction for 74 cent! (I can’t remember exactly what she did though lol)

Pretty good huh?

I have been on several couponing trips with mom lately.. I keep meaning to post some of them but I get lazy and don’t..i’m going to try to do better!

Today is seeming to go by fast as can be for some reason! I semi slept decently last night thanks to sleepy time+valerian root tea! It was just after david left I couldn’t seem to get back asleep! Also, I didn’t go to bed as early as I should have last night! I will get back on track tonight hopefully!

I just got off the phone with best buy having the debt cancellation that we are paying a TON for removed. I should have called before now …it was putting our minimum payment through the roof + increasing our balance every month. That is one credit card I will take in hand and get it under control if it is the last thing I ever do! I have a bank of america card with a higher balance and don’t pay NEARLY as much …GRR. I would have stayed on there and tried to further find ways to cut the minimum payment if I could have found someone that spoke english!

I always said if i had a choice between the 2 i’d pay of bank of america first because that was supposed to be my emergency card, and I think I still would, but I would use the extra money I had every month to throw at that best buy. and let me tell you if I ever have a generous amount of cash I will def. be throwing it to them to help this problem. I haven’t even been in best buy in almost a year with my card..getting a bit ridiculous!

I wrote last night about moving, and apparently even though I haven’t saw the inside of the place or anything like that my subconscious had me packing stuff all night long lol…I really do like the idea but ..we still don’t even know how much a month it is. I have increasingly started feeling a little uneasy here though because of the newer people that have moved in. Plus the maintenance and such has just really went downhill. I am paying $50 more than I paid 5 years ago and for what? They won’t paint the building. they won’t make people keep the trash out of the yard.etc…heck they move TRASH in here if you want my honest opinion.. Anna nicole & the twits anyone?

I don’t have a lot to get done today in the house…I actually pretty much already have it all done already. I would like to get a review or 2 wrote and get some of the ones for grits put up!!I also want to follow more people from the UBP12 and REvret12 on twitter/fb and such. I guess we will see how it goes!

Hi There! I was stumbling around the internet this friday the 13th and found “The Ultimate Blog Party 2012! and I thought “Hey, that would be an awesome way to meet some new folks!”

So if you have found me from the Linky for the ultimate blog party 2012 I would like to say HI and tell you a little bit about me & my site!( sorry I get rambly lol I tend to do that!)

I am Nichole, and I am 28 years old. I am married for almost 5 years to David & I have an orange cat named Sam, who we call Evil in a fur coat but… actually he can be really sweet and even give hugs! I am an HPV /Cervical cancer survivor and I have been free of all of it for almost 4 1/2 years.

I currently don’t have a baby, but by all means I am a mommy wanna-be. I am a southern gal and I enjoy lots of things including blogging, taking pictures, and being online on twitter/fb a lot. I also have bouts of horrible insomnia so when I get the urge to sleep, I will generally hit the bed no matter what time of the day or night! I like couponing with my mom, the color pink and all things girly!

Autumn Rain was a site that started out at misspollypocket.wordpress.com back in 2008ish, but I have been blogging since before it was even called that since around 1999 with personal sites & soap opera fan sites (another world. days of our lives. as the world  turns.passions.sunset beach)

I started the site just to have a place to ramble, and I haven’t really ever gave it up! I like to post pictures and daily happenings and just whatever comes to my my mind! I also like to review things even though that sort of thing has been a bit slow for me lately.

I am planning to attend reviewers retreat 2012 which is really close to my home in june of this year! I am looking forward to finding more people out there to connect with brands and such!
