checking in ;)
Hey Everyone Well, I don't have a whole lot that I want/need to write about but I did want to take a sec and stop by and say Hey :) I have been reading tons and doing all kinds of random things around the house, plus going out and about with my mom whenever she goes places so I really just haven't had time to write. I hate it, but sometimes it is just like that.. The weekend was so fast and furious- + it was dreary so that sucked -Yesterday I did go over to my mom and dads for lunch and to get my hair colored. I was SO sick of the orange-ish blonde thing I had going on- It was never meant to be that way as long as it was- we were supposed to fix it the same week we originally colored it .. but 3 months later.. lol. Anyways, now i'm some sort of dark chocolate cherry color and I like it a ton! I don't have a lot of plans for today because I kind of have some sort of weird little headache that I woke up with when David left this morning- I had hoped I would sleep it off and … [Read more...]
Back To Couponing here in the New Year! #sponsored #couponing
Couponing is one of my favorite things to do other than thrift shopping- however I usually do both with my mom and after she stocks up from January-May we usually don't coupon any more- I mean maybe here and there and something random but when her blueberries, blackberries, gardening and honey come into play - we are pretty well stocked up so we still go thrift shopping , but not couponing! I have been looking forward to getting out and turning deals again for a while- it also makes some nice posts here on the site and keeps things mixed up + I get out of the house a bit more- so i'm a huge fan of it for sure. I was SO happy that we got back into it last week- we were so "into it" we actually went twice! I like to coupon sometimes by myself /when i'm out and about with David, but I just don't acheive the same kind of level/amount of stuff it seems. I know that a couple of times I have done some pretty awesome deals- some of them involving Ibotta and coupons, and there have been a … [Read more...]

first time out this year ;)
Hey Everyone Well today has been a super busy day for me! I finally got to go out and about to the thrift shops and such wahoo! I got up and got ready and I figured before I got half way ready then my mom would call but it got on to almost 10:00 and I was like o.k. I better call lol- We actually headed out around 10 and went to the Christian Ministries. I found a few random things there - not a ton but I was really excited that I had bought a pair of cherry print around the house pants /capri's back there a while back and I found the shirt that went with it there today so that was pretty random. We went to CVS and did several deals. I was shocked because they had everything we went in there for once and that hardly ever happens. I will be writing a post about couponing in the next few days , so I'll save the details on that for that post. We went to Habitat and OMG they had this one couch in there that they had when we got our couch- we would have likely got, but it was … [Read more...]
R.I.P to my Childhood Besties brother
Hey Everyone Well, I totally meant to write last week after the new year and such but I got busy in other things- which seems to easily happen to me anymore! I went on a kitchen cleaning spree through all the drawers and cabinets, read books and kept up general house work- always something right? Yesterday,I was browsing facebook as per usual and I saw my best friend from childhood write that her brother died. I am not sure of what happened just quite yet- I had sent a message but I didn't out right ask what happened.. We haven't been close in many years and I haven't quite lost touch with her -I just haven't done the whole real life friend thing in MANY years. We still live in the same town- in all honesty I think she doesn't live 3 minutes from me if that.. My parents/ Myself have ran into her and various family members constantly -anyways she messaged me back that she would love it if I came up to her house (or her parents- I'm not sure where she was exactly) and visit with … [Read more...]
