Hey Everyone! Well Today started out with me checking my tablet around 9 a/m and I had a message from my mom from like 7 something asking if I was up lol. Anyways I decided to go ahead and get up because they were mowing here at the apartments so I knew I wasn't going back to sleep. I went and got the phone off charge and it rang in my hand- it was my mom ha ha... Anyways I went to walmart and aldi with her because I just wanted to get out and about :) by the time we got back home it was pretty much lunch time and then David came home. I was trying to get all my email and such taken care of and it seemed like it took forever!  Phew.. it always seems like when I am out and about and now I don't have a phone that things just explode online while I am gone. I have tried many times to do a full month of pictures on instagram with these sorts of challenges, and I actually did succeed one time! I have done the project 365 a few times and the longest I ever got was about 4 months. I do like to update my instagram once a day so sometimes when I don't have anything for the day I check lists like these to get inspiration!  This go around I thought I would try to do it both on instagram and on the blog, that way it kind of mixes it up a little bit for me. Hey Everyone Well today is looking tons better than yesterday -the money was back in bank this morning *happy dance*  With the weather David has started to go into work at 7 instead of 6 and I am telling you that extra hour of deep sleep has been helping me tons!  Even though it is dreary and cool again today I decided to push through and get up and see what I can get done- as I always say I can get up and get whatever done and nap later if I have to! I am actually taking a break from writing this post to go grab some coffee :) I'm back :) but i took a break from this post to work on my holiday gift guide announcement post, so now I need more ha ha :) It is moving time here at the apartment place apparently... but would you believe it is the neighbors who drive me MAD that are moving! I already knew miss nosey was moving especially since she makes a point to mention it every time David has saw her for the last month.   I have decided to attempt a holiday gift guide this holiday season! The first one I did was kind of a last minute decision and it was very tedious and time consuming in just a mater of weeks, so this time around I have decided to start several months in advance- actually I started pitching on my own back in the early summer for a few things! I am currently teamed up with what will be 99 other bloggers on the Mom Buzz Media to help promote my guide and will be promoting among other groups as well, I will be promoting the guide as a whole on social media , as well as each review individually on my own end from when it goes live (hopefully early in october!) until sometime around mid new years! Phew really did the weekend have to already end? Today is just- UGH. David paid our insurance last tuesday night before we went to bed, via an app. Well..the app glitched and instead of paying the $100 we owed it paid out the entire term of the policy which was over $500. We quickly called the insurance company and they agreed to refund the $400 that was mistakenly taken out. We figured it would be a few days and tried to patiently wait it out. However after Friday came and went we kinda gave up hope for having it for the weekend, even though I know we have gotten our tax refund on Saturday before. We just kinda figured it would be in the bank this morning WRONG.. It STILL isn't back. I emailed our local agent and she verified with me that they had processed the refund back to our bank on Thursday the 24th. David calls at lunch to see what in the world is going on and we get a guy we can barley understand wants every piece of identifying information that you can think of (much of … [Read more...]
