With the new year, most people start dieting and exercising or saying that they are going to do these things for their new years resolutions! I know I would like to get out and about and go walking on the trail some in the evenings. David and I had gotten into doing that last year and then they changed his darn schedule, and I’m just weird I don’t like being out when it’s that late walking on a trail, no matter how safe I feel in this town! I mean it wouldn’t be like I was alone, and we have a very well lit and maintained trail!
As far as eating better goodness only knows I could use some of that in my life! Maybe something like preciseportions for a healthy eating plan I don’t necessarily think that I eat too much I just pretty much know that I eat the wrong sorts of foods. David and I tend to eat out A LOT especially recently because I haven’t had a chance to get to the store in FOREVER. I must say I do think I tend to eat healthy when I go to most places but other I know it’s like yuck for my body! I need to start listening to the “put good in get good out” thing!










I can relate to what you’re saying. We are thinking much the same thing around our house, and while we are trying to make the changes, not having the stuff on the shelf at home makes it a bit difficult. Hopefully we’ll do well, though!
