Hey Everyone
So I am cheating with dinner in a way tonight lol. I am not hungry so instead of making lettuce wraps which would kind of be a waste, I am just going to make buffalo wraps sans wraps- in other words some buffalo chicken strips that I am about to pop in the convection oven with some rice and some homemade ranch that I whipped both of those up way while ago. I just need to remember to pop the ground chicken for the lettuce wraps in the freezer because I just bought it Sunday but apparently it needs frozen or ate by today! I have that kind of thing happen a lot from publix it seems – we have seen several really out of date products there! I mean granted I don’t eat cheese but we saw some cheese sticks (like string cheese) there that was 8 months out of date!
Anyways, the food will be fine with out a freaking tortilla for god sakes! I have to remember to have David bring in the case of water I bought on Sunday that he hasn’t brought in yet- I would hate for that to bust in the trunk.. I mean it would likely dry easy in the heat but still that would be MEH lol. I am still hopeful that maybe my mom and dad might do a small cookout for us Thursday but I am not going to hold my breath. ….
Today has been the most long day ever for some reason. I didn’t really feel like doing anything for some reason so i’ve pretty much just cleaned out my domain email – I mean stuff from FOREVER ago. The last time it got a cleaning out was probably one of those times when my old hostess was changing servers and stuff just got lost lol.. that happened a few times over the years but it is all good! It was something that I needed to do so.. it is all good. I also might work on cleaning out some old paid posts here in a bit .. I try to not keep those for more than a year and i’m actually almost current.. just would need to work on May/June I believe 🙂 I have a random scrap of paper somewhere I keep up with this on , but it is untelling where I put that thing at lol.
Right now though time is getting away from me a little faster than I thought it would- I got the chicken strips in the oven and I’m going to dash to sam’s bathroom and clean his box out while it is on my mind and freeze that chicken.. i’ll catch ya later gators
