Hey Everyone
Well.. lets see what is going on in Nichole world 🙂 We are seemingly in a funk with the weather of dreary and somewhat still hot so I am not into that! If it is going to be dreary at least give me some coolness to go along with it. Then again FALL will be here in less than 50 days so- bring it on, bring it on! I absolutely can not wait. Then again anyone who knows me knows that!
Yesterday dragged on FOREVER. I don’t know what the deal was but it seemed like time absolutely stood still. I got a few things done around the house but other than that … not so much! That just reminded me though I washed the dishes late in the day so I need to be sure to get them put away today. I had planned on hot dogs for dinner but we ended up going to red robin about 730 last night – which red robin is in charlotte so that is kind of late in the day for us.
We were back here around 9 though and when we got back down by moms road it was gully washing but she swears they didn’t get rain last night lol. I guess it just depends on how the clouds lay. I was glad when we got home it hadn’t been a thunderstorm because of course I hate leaving marley in general but with her fear of thunder/fireworks I would have felt even worse!
I decided to do a little experiment and see if maybe the reason I am dragging more than usual was because of going to bed way earlier than what I am used to. I stayed up last night till about 11:30 and I am telling you when David left for work this morning if it wouldn’t have been so dark/grey I think I could have easily gotten up and done an early day! Of course I fought going back to sleep for so long that it cancelled all of that out but still!
I am just so used to being either a morning person or a night person especially in the summer and this year I have not been either way and it is driving me nuts. Also I decided to take that break on reviews/space them out and where I got out of the habit it is killing me to try to get back into them- though I made a break through and finished one of the two I needed to get done this morning so I am hoping I am back to 2-4 at a time (sometimes in a day , sometimes in a week lol)
My mom just called a few min ago- I need to see if she can stop by here with the money where her neighbors bought my deep freezer . I really don’t “need” it I just would like to have it. I know she had went out to Aldi for some things soo.
I really don’t know what is up for the weekend. I know David and I have decided to ditch cable again so he will have to go turn in the cable box up in town. I also had heard him mention going to eat at the mexican place with is mom and going to see his grandpa so.. there would go saturday I suppose lol.
well I am off of here to see if I can get the writing mojo flowing and write up that other review. It isn’t a hard write just kinda one of those ones I have restarted 10x lol
