hey everyone
well thanks to the internet going out on tuesday evening around 2:15 (which was right after I fell asleep reading a book)and it didn’t come back until 11 p/m- I have gotten behind on a few posts – of course yesterday was the holiday and David and I went to my mom and dads for a cook out, took a nap, went to publix and watched tv and stayed up late with marley thanks to the fireworks( and likely I will have to do that a few more nights since the holiday has fell mid week and now people will have the actual weekend to let them off- oh and now they’ll be on clearance!)
Today I went out and about with my mom to the Christian Ministries – Everything is 50 % off today so I got like 22 shirts , 2 night shirts , 3 bras and a pair of night pants. Then I got 2 vera bradley bags (one is a duffle one- but there is a issue with one of the straps but my mom says she can fix it) and I got one odd ball purse that I have had in my cart like 2x up there and put it back- and it turned out to have a wallet inside of it wahoo lol (I have had that happen a few times ) I also got a blue comforter for my bed – we have had this pink/green flower one on the bed FOR AT LEAST a year.. and its showing lol- it was older of course when i got it and now its just very well loved.
Of course most things in my room are pink/green flowers and matches so this blue thing doesn’t go so well but.. it will be o.k lol. Oh and I managed to get chilli and mustard from a hot dog on it while ago lol. So.. I need to wash this one up and store it away for a while 🙂
I did most of what needed done in the house before I even left this morning- making the bed, straightening the couch and putting away dishes. .. I am washing my new clothes right now and i’ll get those up too. I know David is going to be going to the DR here in a bit – he’s got something torn in his knee and there is this big knot and he has to actually go to a specialist. …So I am not really sure when he’ll get home. I know that they upgraded our web to 200 mbps and he has to go get the modem and trade our old one in -and he was wanting to do it this evening if possible but I’m not sure about all of that- he might just have to do it Saturday..
right now, i am going to get off here and rest a little bit – staying up late with mars kinda has me wiped out-
