Hey Everyone!
Today I am going to just straight up admit : I have a case of the BAH HUMBUGS FROM HELL! I Don’t know why but I think everything that has went on lately has finally just got to me! I mean in general everything is fine, but .. yeah I am sure everyone gets like this now and again! I do believe that it also has to do with the heat & my hormones too so.. EEK!
I had hoped that my glasses would be in by now. I kind of grounded myself from being online very much and reading pretty much at all until I get them but it has been over a week and here I am .. I know that I will probably be luckier than my dad though- the crazy place he went to was on MAY 06 and would you believe they still do not have his- and the crazy thing is it is because of the lens for his left eye…which wait for it… he is legally blind in! They literally do not have a proxy/faux/fake/blank lens??? The originally screwed it up and had put a prescription in it !
We are having a TIME trying to get the title / tag for the truck situated and David is like obsessed over it and it has been a week and I had thought we would get everything on Monday.. and he said the girl got an attitude with him the last time he called her. I am like well you kind of are being super annoying over it , lol. Which , she did tell us we could go get a temp tag, and that was a lie too- they won’t give you one in n.c unless it has something to do with getting an inspection or something at the DMV- you would have to get one from a dealer.. which is where we are kind of screwed up because the finance company bought this truck from the guy AS A DEALER but they don’t have a way to get us a temp tag…
so essentially we have to wait till the title gets sent over to them and then go from there- which I am LEGIT not sure how it goes from there but that is the hold up at this point. I keep telling David not to worry it isn’t like they can hold that tag/title forever ..Basically we even have a bill of sale and insurance as well so why we can’t get an instant title or something even I’m confused about. We had to do this an odd way right? I might have to call tomorrow if he doesn’t get a message from her today. Or email her. I think she honestly is overworked and she gets confused easily because she was trying to say something about getting the guy that had it before to get a tag that way and that doesn’t work either so I don’t know. It has been super confusing and i’ll be glad to get it figured out!
As far as OUR car I don’t know anything new there either. We dealt with both of these things last Wed and then since then it has been crickets. We do need to get an idea about the rent a car and such too.. I mean we could take it back if needed. The real problem with all of this has been David and having to take time off of work… it has NOT been an easy thing for him to get the time off , even though he has vacation days/hours ..+ when he has to take the days or hours it screws up his over time .. Anyways I guess No news is good news?
I have to make my way up to the office to get some packages so I might do that in a few minutes because it is looking like rain..(actually I think it might already be raining. CRAP lol). I had every intention to get over to my moms to make my salad plan again this week but it doesn’t look like that is going to pan out- berries and honey always take over anything else … I know you’d think I could make them all myself but it doesn’t work out- when I make them they just aren’t right. Hopefully I can get over there late next week or early the next.. because I need it to be the week after pay week when I make them for everything to work out lol.
I am going to eat my wings tomorrow night come heck or high water. I have got to get out of the house a bit. I do have the rental car home and I have actually drove it but we are having to be super conservative with money right now because of the new truck and the wreck and blah blah so.. fun stuff there.. so it isn’t like I really need to be out and about…We have a stupid random bill that we are paying on till September too that is kind of sizeable so if we can get that taken care of things should be REALLY awesome. That and the first month on the truck payment is a bit more and our insurance being prorated … *Sigh* lol but I’m not worried I anticipated all of this lol.
I guess in general I just needed to write some stuff out. It has made me feel a bit better. I sent a text about my glasses yesterday evening and they haven’t responded yet so I’m like .. ?? I guess if I don’t hear from them today I’ll try tomorrow…
I Know that when David . gets home he’s going to be putting the other step bar thing on the truck .. it took him F O R E VER last night but now that he has already done one maybe he’ll do better with this one.
Marley met the new dog upstairs last night. I know that when these people moved in was the day I went to the eye dr and I met the two boys and the dad… I also knew they had a big huge dog.. well I had went outside last night to look at the step bar and we took Mars with us and they came down the steps and she of course ran right to this big dog and i’m just like OMG MARS GIRL! Anyways he’s named Jake and he was sweet to her- after i ran after her and picked her up lol.
Anyways, I’m gonna get off here and find a snack and ??? It is raining so I will be delaying my trip to the office I suppose lol. I wouldn’t worry about it because I think it is a filter but then there is another one and it might be David’s replacement phone so.. I best get up there before they close!
