Hey Everyone
Well.. I am writing to you with the HEADACHE That will not end. HORMONES. HEAT. HEADACHE does seem like the next logical step right lol. At least i’m not too nauseous at this point? I took advil like 3 hours ago and it hasn’t even phased this thing. I even tried to sleep it off with a late nap and NOPE not so much! I mean it is a bit better and it kind of comes and goes but.. seriously.. I would be happy if it would just GO because I have so many things I need to get done this weekend and I had planned to start this evening- mainly my goal is the closet and the hall closet but cleaning in general too- I need to do the pantry and such as well.
IN case you think i’m whining unnecessarily? it is 90. FREAKING 90. ON JUNE 1st. at 5:15. Not even direct sun…. just let that sink in…If you notice I don’t whine in the winter. Bring that shit on … I can put clothes on. I can cuddle in bed. I can wear layers. I can use blankets. Whatever. Summer- How Naked do you think I can get? because that is the game we play around here lol. And right now? My tan is fading out a bit (probably not really, just in my mind but got to get my ass out there some this weekend and get back in my habits!)
I popped a hobo meal in the oven and it should be done here in a few min, and I cannot wait because for some reason I have been insanely hungry today! I mean I ate my normal fries for lunch and then of course usually by 3 I’m wanting to eat again- wellll… today that happened around 2 so I made some pasta and well… yeah lol.
Oh I should have really not said Nausea because.. You guessed it.. Here it is rearing its ugly head .. good grief I can’t win today lol.
Like I said my main goal for the weekend is organizing and cleaning- I mean I want to clean stuff OUT that is the spirit I am in and I’m going to go with it. I like when David is home to help because he keeps the fur folks out of my hair, keeps me inspired, keeps me company and it doesn’t seem so involved! I would like to get my cabinet thing from my mom this weekend. I have repeatidly asked her to bring it over but she hasn’t.
David could have brought it home in the car when we were over there Monday but he didn’t – It is basically a end table /night stand that matches my dresser (which is at my moms) and there is another one of them that we have here that has the printer on it. She says she can’t bring it herself because it is so heavy/bulky so I wanted her to bring it while my Dad was at home – hopefully today/tomorrow/sunday or maybe David will just go get it??
The reason I need/want it is because I got a record player a couple weeks ago from my uncles pallet. It was like a $150 record player that I got for like $10 because it needed a needle ..Anyways we got the needle and we don’t have anywhere to set it .. like ANYWHERE except the deep freezer which won’t work because of needing to be able to access it. Anyways… A couple weeks ago David was at the pawn shop and he found a all in one deal-and he said it was really nice but we couldn’t get it of course because we didn’t have the $$.He had actually saw it at a record store him and his dad had went to for like 200 brand new.
Fast Forward to yesterday, when he brought it home! It was pretty cool I didn’t think he would get it and hadn’t thought anymore about it. It has a record player, radio, cd player, tape player and even bluetooth! I haven’t got to try the tape part out – I likely still have a cassette somewhere on this planet but i’m not sure .. I know My grandma had some in a drawer when I was there and I’ll snag one from her. David got it for half of what they had it marked because some kid broke the needle the other day. Guess what? our needle worked 🙂
So now I have 2 record players -I told David to see if they might buy it from him out there or maybe his dad would want to buy it?(But we’d have to get the needle sooo) and. .until I get this table I don’t have anywhere to put it lol. It is seriously sitting in the office in the floor. I will also have storage for my records at that point too so it will be quite handy. We are going to sit it where my desk used to sit over by the freezer, here in the living room area!
Well… This has turned into a longer post than I thought, so I’m gonna get off here and hopefully shake this headache. Hopefully I’ll be writing some more this weekend- Hopefully I ‘ll finish that review I started 🙂
