Hey Everyone
Well, They couldn’t replace my shade yesterday because they didn’t have the right size – let me rewind this a little bit and say I originally called down there around 3:15 and then I took Marley out and was sitting here waiting on them and when 5:00 came I was like o.k. maybe I should call back? And it is a good thing that I did because the work order never got put in or whatever. So I actually had the dude from the office come here (he’s like the leasing manager or something of that sort- not a maintenance dude- because apparently they are hardly ever hear it seems lol anyways..)
He was supposed to come back with the shade, but they didn’t have the right size and he didn’t have the credit card to go get one so I was like well CRAP because it is so stinkin’ light in here at night. Well.. I ended up having David move the one from the other bedroom in here because we lucked out and it was the same size and well it isn’t a big deal if there is one in there anyways since we aren’t in there at night. You know in general though we are lucky to not be on the ground floor …
Anyways.. They came to measure this morning and I told them it isn’t a huge deal since we switched but I had every thought that they would be going off to lowes and bringing me one sometime today but it has been 3 hours and crickets.. I know that tomorrow no one is supposed to be in the office and I was thinking that this dude said Taylor (office guy) was taking care of this personally so ??? I mean no hurry but if you ain’t bringing it today just let me know.. I’d like to take a shower and what not at some point. It doesn’t take long to do and everything but I mean like you don’t want to be in the middle of something and they show up and such you know?
I went ahead and wrote a gift guide review today. yeah like I say there are only 4 .. but honestly I might sit and knock the next one out for the most part here in a few since I really can’t get into much else. I do need to put some towels away and make the bed. I have tried and tried to find something interesting for dinner that is quick and easy today but that hasn’t came to me either so it will be chicken sandwiches- which is what we would have had last night but for some reason David took that as code that I wasn’t hungry and came home with HIM some taco bell so .. lol
I have to get Marley out before those hellion children get home sometime between 3-3:30ish .. the one girl isn’t so bad she’s quiet and older but the two little ones just yack yack and scream and run and stomp and .. yeah.
Oh, we got our internet back . The only thing we haven’t put back on the network is the doorbell and maybe the printer (I haven’t checked) I wish somehow we could actually get a deal with the t.v sorta kinda but I just did this spotify /hulu deal and theres lots of stuff on there to watch for me so.. no biggie 🙂
Well, I really would like to ramble some more but I’m gonna get off of here and grab some coffee and see if I can do anything else review wise and decide about going tanning(probably not today- I actually need to shave and straighten my hair but.. that isn’t even on my radar right now lol)
