Hi Minions & Loyal Folk 🙂
Today David and I decided to go celebrate our anniversary early and have a lunch at P.F. Changs. We left Marley at my moms because I figured we might be gone a little longer than usual, and I honestly hate putting her in the cage. It is SO Doggy jail! Anyways,We did their 4 course meal for $40 and it was awesome. By the time I had the soup and the appetizer I could barely eat my main dish and had to bring it home!
First of all I am not an chinese soup person. I generally think that the Egg Drop soup looks like snot. Really. It has never appealed to me and the name doesn’t either. However I was going to let David have mine and he convinced me to try it. I RARELY ever try anything new but I swear it just looked like a chicken based soup with veggies. Guess what I LOVED IT!! Wahoo 🙂
We had Chicken Lettuce Wraps for our appetizer and they were OMG awesome. I had Pepper Steak for an Entree and David had Mongolian Beef. We got a desert but I really wasn’t that in it.. It was some sort of carmely buttery cake which I know sounds awesome but it was a bit too rich for me.
We also went in gamestop.. I found a golf game for our wii for 89 cents lol so I was like sure why not. David got some game but after he played it he hated it so he is actually gone to take it back right now.I don’t know about the golf game I got but for 89 cents.. who cares ? Lol
David has to go into work for that training tomorrow morning bah humbugs ..well kind of lol. I will probably just get up when he does and see what I can get into.. I am going to be spoiled with this “sleeping in” I have been doing the last few days .. If you can call sleeping till around 8 sleeping in!
