Hey Everyone
Well, I am NOT SURE if I will have internet tomorrow because of this whole community internet mess or what. Of course, we have been using our old network which still works perfectly fine… and I wish they would either fix this whole community thing or just abandon it and let us keep what we have had all along or improve it or whatever- which is what I think is what is supposedly going on but they sure are taking their sweet time with it. For the last month it just been a mess with all that. We actually got a super long letter yesterday about it and then now they put one up today that they are going to have the whole network down starting at 9 tomorrow so ?? like I say we have access still to the old network and that is what we have been using (wouldn’t you if it was 200mbps vs like 40 tops?) but I don’t know if they’ll knock all the networks or what. I didn’t ask for hopes they wouldn’t think to knock the connection. Just in case though i’m gonna download a bunch of books for tomorrow. ..
They actually came in her thursday and tried to blame the issues on everything they must have thought a woman wouldn’t know anything about! everything from the pop up that came up on chrome on my computer (simply because we don’t use the big computer very often) and all the wifi networks that come up – they tried to act like those were networks that we had connected to in the past and that I needed to have them be “forgotten” I was like Um.. no I have only ever been on 3 networks- apt place, apt place guest and our internet with our name so try again! Then he told me I was on the wrong network (switched me to community internet) he even sneakily did it to pretend like that is what was coming up automatically. I was like NO. I was told I can use my own internet and he’s like oh no no you have to use this , that would make 2 accounts and I was like OMG Freaking head desk…I honestly could write you a huge synopsis of this but that is the long and short of it…. as soon as he left I went back to our web.
Oh and my neighbors below us? They basically got told I can do what in the world I want to do during daylight hours and I don’t have to pamper or cater to them lol. I kinda saw that coming but .. 🙂
Anyways, I wanted to take a minute and write while I had a chance… The weekend was pretty o.k. Saturday David worked half a day (whee overtime lol)) and then we ate at my fave cafe place that I hadn’t got to go to in a while. I kind of have a childhood friend that was supposed to be working there and I HATE running into her so I quit going but I lucked out and she wasn’t there.
Sunday was fun we went to my moms for lunch and I finally got my hair cut and colored (though I think we went a little too short- but that might be my fault because I went with layers. I am not sure of the color so much because I have been too busy to mess with straightening it- plus I figure it can use a break)
Well.. I would write more but I need to get off of here and kind of chill for the evening. Hopefully I’ll be able to get some writing done tomorrow.. if I do not have web though I guess I can shave and read and do stuff in the house BLAH lol
