I am going to chalk this week up to waiting.. because I spent two days waiting on the apt people to fix the stupid door- and when they finally came at 4 pm yesterday (actually it was later than that) they still couldn’t fix it because one of the hinges or screws or something was stripped. Oh and they sent me the young dude who can’t even bother to change a trash bag up at the mailbox trashcan so.. I dont even know. I had to actually email them about 330 and ask them were they coming or what because I didn’t want them to act like they came and we took the pins out and that sort of thing when they hadn’t even shown up.
I think they got their wires crossed when they sent out the letter because she said she’d not ever heard from me and I was like yeah I know I didn’t think I had to contact you? Anyways..I have been on the lookout for them to do the actual HUD inspection ALL Day b/c you don’t know which apts will get picked – I did see them come by here and go to one of the apts on the ground floor around noon so in my logic they probably were going around in some sort of order and they probably aren’t coming up here. I am really glad because it was like 4 maintenance people + Miss thang and a whole sleu of inspectors and some had big cameras and everything. Oh and its raining and I really don’t want them traipsing in here even less!
My mom called a little while ago talking about going to walmart – then she said she was gonna finish cleaning something and she might go to walmart so I don’t know. I was hoping to get the heck out of this house at some point today but I know how my mom is- she generally doesn’t go out after like 1 pm and its already after 2. I know that David said something about leaving work at 3 but I don’t know if he was messing or serious so??? So now I have went from waiting to just not knowing what is going on lol. I even went and put clothes on (like going out of the house clothes) just in case my mom did go to walmart that way i’d be ready and all I would have to do is take Marley out but.. so far ???
I had the door open for a bit since we are having breezy ,cloudy, dark and cool rainy weather 🙂 It’s 72 and awesome.I am also making a pot roast in my crockpot 🙂
Today would make a good burrow/cuddle day for sure. I had actually planned to go burrow a bit before my mom called but now I don’t know. lol.
