Hey Everyone
I thought I would check in while I had the urge 🙂 don’t worry, I do start posts here A LOT actually.. they just kind of mingle around and don’t get posted. I also tend to make lots of audio recordings of random things on anchor.fm (also, get deleted /not posted!) It kind of clears stuff out of my head, but it doesn’t make for good blogging /a record of things lol. Though, I do have a few of the audio things saved so.. it kind of works in a way!
Yesterday I was in a SUPER amazing mood, but I don’t know WHY but it was great. I got up shortly after David left, and I didn’t ever nap either! I ended up getting my one and only holiday gift item to review at my moms so David had to stop by and pick it up for me on his way home. Then, we ended up taking a quick trip to walmart and even to goodwill.
I had been wanting to get Luna a pair of buffalo plaid pj’s since FOREVER so she can match the rest of us (Sans sam right ha ha) but I hadn’t had any luck with finding her size- mainly because I didn’t really know what size she was ! I know Marley is typically a Medium, so I assumed Luna would be a Large. Sometimes on things her and marley seem to run the same, but then I picked up a pair of Large at Aldi, and well… Luna and Marley both could have fit in those! By the time I took them to exchange them they didn’t have any! So I have been stalking walmart because they had some in pet when David picked up a pair for him- but they only had super small that time- Anyways, we finally got them last night YAY 🙂
I actually got Marley’s when we were in TN last year at some fancy place at the island. Then mine is a red shirt that Jason gave me one time we were hanging out and a pair of pants I snagged at christian ministries. Then David’s and Lu’s are the same from walmart and theirs are more like red /blue but it all works lol.
Wow. I got off on a jammies tangent lol. I also got some cookie dough and a wreath cup that lights up! In goodwill I actually found a baby yoda from build -a -bear so that was cool too- still with the tags on him!
Today I don’t have a lot of plans. for some reason i’m a bit more tired than I probably should be- but then again I did stay up yesterday so ?? It is so dreary out as well, so who even knows lol. It is also only like 40 something, so I think I might make stuffed pepper soup for dinner. The funny thing is I was trying to switch us over to more soups because – well you know winter right? HA HA HA what was I thinking ? We live in the south! We did have this one week or several days there a while back and I was like OH YES BRING ON ALL THE SOUPS. Then it’s basically been in the 60’s minimum ever since. I am going to try to remember this next year right? lol.
I have a hundred other things I could write about, but for now i’m gonna jump off here and get a few things in the house- I need to make a grocery list , a special christmas eve grocery list and get the meat for the soup together too! I really do hope that the blogging bug returns ya’ll. I’m trying – It just may work better in the new year you know?
