Honestly my blogging space has turned into THE COUCH and it is about impossible to keep anything organized and I was just telling David while ago that I would like to have some sort of desk or a small table that I could turn into a desk and put in the extra bedroom.
I had a desk since I was in 6th grade that used to have a hutch on the back of it. Over time I got rid of the hutch and then when we moved last, I ended up leaving my desk behind because it was so old and heavy and hard to move and I made a deal with David that if he would give up a dish drainer and use a dish mat, that I would leave the desk behind lol. I Hate that I did because I Miss it tons! My mom had even painted it pink and had a piece of plexi glass cut for it and i could keep stuff underneath
Of course right before we moved I had just started to get big on this whole having an office kick and I was loving that too but.. here.. I got N O T H I N G. I could use the top of our bar but that isn’t really the best option either because our bar stools are high up and i’m short.
We have a really nice guest room here and If I could just find something that would work for me would be great. I would like a place other than the coffee to stick papers, and the availibility of some marker boards/bulletin boards and all that kind of thing too .. most of the time my sorting goes on , on top of the deep freezer!
Sometimes its not that bad because I agree sitting on the couch with my feet up is comfy and it has worked this long, but sometimes I am too easily distracted and I would like a better setting. I think that is what I want for my birthday this year- a little bit of an office 🙂
