Hey Everyone!
Today has been one of those super rare days when I have felt like doing all the things (I really do wish that there were more of those, or at least that they were closer together!) Maybe if I am lucky, I can continue the trend tomorrow. a few of the things that I have gotten done today are:
Made a double batch of raviolli (one for now, one to freeze for later)
Baked a Cake! (Got to frost it still, and I really suck at frosting lol)
Washed Dishes in dishwasher, put away, reloaded, and HAND WASHED DISHES too!
Made the bed
Cleaned Sam’s Box
Ran the straightening brush through my hair 🙂
Took Marley out
Washed Colored Clothes(They are drying now!
lots of other small little random things that I can’t even remember but.. .there are some highlights!
Right now I am taking a break and I started Re-watching Downton Abbey so I don’t know if I will get back into anything later on or not! Especially since Marley is on one side of me and Sam is on the other … Believe it or not we are hanging out in the living room for once!
I might try to make my own chex mix in the crockpot here in a minute, but I am not sure about that one either because I haven’t ever done it before and even though I have all the stuff to make it with, I just don’t want it to be messed up, and then I have wasted all of the stuff. Which, I have rarely had something go totally wrong so.. we’ll see. It only takes 3 hours and it isn’t like it is dinner so… We’ll see.
If things would have just worked out a little bit differently right now, We would have been moving to one of the new apartment places in the area. Our Apt Place hasn’t really had any competition, basically this side of the river , EVER .. Anywhere else you would find would be just random 3rd party type of things.
Since our A/C was messed up for TWO MONTHS (seriously. 4 more days would have made 2 months. It was A MESS. I mean we had a portable but… ugh!) I mean it was at least 3 different times that they were supposed to have “fixed it” *Ahum* by the time thing were said and done. We didn’t plan to move at the end of this lease, but by the time we were pretty deep into that mess, we were pretty much like SCREW IT .. and it wasn’t that there weren’t options, and it wasn’t even the money exactly- it was that our dates didn’t line up- I think there was about a 2 week gap, and the only way to really swing it would have been to stay with my mom and dad, and we didn’t really want to move twice and then ya’ll know my mom will let Marley in the house, but Sam is a NO so.. 🙁
I am an odd soul, which we all know and I actually like moving on some levels. I generally get things really super duper cleaned out in the process! Oh, and the new place (s) around here are SUPER nice- We have actually toured the one, and are hoping to do the other! One is like 2 min north and one is directly across the road so either way will be an easy move, and thankfully we won’t have to be looking into services like Hovair.com – I think if I had to move those sorts of things that require those sorts of services I might would pull out my hair!
So, by the time we move- and I am telling you , we have def. signed our last lease here- we will have plenty of options and I won’t be going far, so it shouldn’t be too stressful and I am very much looking forward to it- in 15 months 🙂
