Phew. I got some stuff DONE today ya’ll! In addition to what I wrote about earlier, I made things CONTINUE to happen. I was pretty shocked at myself.
I made the chex mix. I didn’t realize that it was supposed to be on LOW and I had it on HIGH .. Let me just say it burnt, and we had to start over LOL .. .didn’t I tell ya’ll I thought that it would go wrong.. I think I jinxed myself. The 2nd batch has turned out well.
I also straightened the plastic bowls cabinet, the cabinet by the dishwasher, the pantry, the deep freezer and my rolly cart that is in the living room!
My mom is on a holiday kick already. I know she said that when my dad goes to do some of his deer hunting in a few weeks up in VA she was going to take the Bingo game presents. I can’t be bothered to even try to Holiday just yet- it takes me a while to get that festive. I am wondering though, if my dad is going to be bow hunting (I don’t know a thing about what season is which, because I just DO NOT KNOW lol) I also on that same note wonder if he has ever considered to get a scope for his bow (because I didn’t even realize that was a thing) I will have to send him a link to this website so he can check it out!
You know, I have REALLY been on it about my a/c issues again. I mean I know they are fixed for the time being, but I think it is SO crap the way the apartment place treated us about it- we were put off, lied to, etc! I know that there are supply issues, and that is one thing that I can understand but when they had the professionals out here 3 and 4 times and wouldn’t let them fix the issues, and still were just rigging stuff up Ugh!
It wasn’t *that* complicated, like they were having to learn more or anything like that! My dad honestly could have probably fixed it because he has the right sort of licenses , but he just doesn’t have the tools! We were so lucky to have the portable- but that just made them want to be more lazy with fixing things!
Our apartment though, is one of the ORIGINAL ones that is from 1999 though- which means we still have carpet, white cabinets and white appliances! We are QUITE dated, and there aren’t very many that they haven’t “updated” and then we have the newer ones that were pretty much just built. Oh, and the updated ones ARE NOT that great either. Neither are the new ones. MEH lol.
I love learning random odd facts. Today I learned that there is such a thing as a temporary bridge! I mean how crazy cool is that? You can find out more on this website. It was pretty interesting to learn!
I am actually staying up tonight , David already went to bed and Sam and I are watching TV. I had to give him a blanket so he’d lay down and quit running around the house!
