Hey Everyone
I started to write about the weekend but I ran out of steam lol. I hope I can get it up after while with a few pics- as you might know I have been having some back end issues with the blog and uploading pictures is part of that- I have to save everything as a draft and then insert and it is a pain but I don’t know how to fix it , so it is what it is!
That and that blasted appearance page that won’t let me tweak it 🙁 Maybe eventually I will figure it out or find someone who can help. My hosting company quit responding to any of my emails /tickets weeks ago so I will likely be having to move the blog sometime another- I am trying to ride out my free hosting with them until September and then I guess we will see!
David’s brother and their dad has a cat – her name is jess. Anyways, long story short we think she might have tape worms- which likely means she is also infested with fleas. They kept saying she bites her fur off – my moms cat does that too and they took him to the vet and they say he just has some sort of allergies- so I had said maybe that was what their cat had. I hadn’t thought about it being fleas! So.. I don’t know but we think the poor thing is infested with fleas/ tape worms and alex quit his job because he was “STRESSED” and all this – that is another story though- he would get “stressed” just getting up off his butt!
So they didn’t have any money to buy her anything so we bought her the tape worm meds off of Amazon. The flea thing was an after thought so I will see about getting that for her.
I am telling you the truth some people don’t deserve kids/animals and they would be one of those sets of people. I honestly don’t think they care and how can you NOT realize your cat is having these sorts of issues and what not until it gets this bad? Also they need to get rid of all her things like bed/blankets/box ,etc if she is having issues and treat her and start over – and also clean up the house considerably ..and KEEP IT CLEAN and pay attention to their cat! They have honestly got so filthy I start scratching my skin off when we get there and I have to get David to take me somewhere to use the bathroom if I have to go.
I have pretty much quit going over there because of the way they act about Marley- They act like they don’t want to be around her and that she isn’t welcome there and I am like well Marley is pretty well my child and she goes places with me , and if you don’t like her or want her around/be around her I don’t need to be around you. It is crazy the difference in the way they act about her and the way my family acts about her.
I mean literally we traveled 5 hrs to my grandmas and EVERYONE was loving on Marley, and when we put her in the bedroom when we were eating everyone is like ohhh go get marley out we want to visit with her! WE had only put her up because we didn’t want her begging for food from everyone- and everyone will give her food.. and then we have a sick dog to travel home with at some point!
David will have to take the Meds up there to them today because we ordered it LATE saturday night and we couldn’t get overnight shipping- I wish we could have though because his dad and alex popped up yesterday while we were at the tanning bed- about 1:30 and they didn’t leave until almost 7- and that was with David practically pushing them out the door and me making up a story that my mom needed us to come over to help with something! They were driving me mad as it was and here we were wore out from traveling and we just wanted to chill- plus my period started.
I don’t think I am going to go up there with him this evening -I am going to go tanning before he leaves but we’ll see. I might change my mind but I doubt it!
Today I am taking it easy and just watching tv and seeing what I can get into. Actually i Need to plug the computer up, find some lunch and go from there!
