Hey Everyone
I seriously apologize for not updating before now! I had started a few posts but then I walk away and get into other things and never seem to manage to get any of them finished… Anyways this will likely be a fairly short post because it is after 9 p/m and I am ready to wind down and spend a little time with david/read… right now he had to go grab shoe insoles at walmart so.. I thought I would take the time to write!
The weekend was pretty fast and furious- I know we went into town to see davids dad and bro on Saturday and then he ended up bringing his bro home and he actually spent the night (been a loooong time since that happened- I know we got rid of the mattress in the extra room last Jan and it had been a good while before then) Anyways, that was kind of a bummer.. and then sunday he had to take him back home and everything..
We ate at the chinese buffet while we were in town and OMG it was GOD AWFUL FREAKING NASTY. Cold food. mostly tasteless… and what taste there was was NASTY. UGH .. that is the last time i chance that place- it is so hit and miss! we have one down here across from walmart and it closed down so there you go. our carry out place is way better! The carry out place up the road is even better but I never get to go there because usually if I go that way i’m eating at the pizza buffet (the one with the wings on the bar wahoo!)
Anyways, David had to work in the cold/rain most of last week because they are doing some quarry work that is like replacing stuff.. anyways he ended up SICK -so he stayed out yesterday and we went to minute clinic- while i was there I did a CVS deal of 2 nail polishes and a butter bronzer thing. .. $2.69 and got $11 back in rewards ya’ll.
Today I went with my mom to CVS and Publix and did a few deals. I hope to put up some pics and details later on.. I actually have a deal I want to do myself but I need to work on it a little bit more- I actually need to wait on some extra bucks to come thru from beauty rewards .. Anyways.. i’ll let you know all about it in another post (hopefully!)
I know that I started feeling a little bit sick yesterday- mostly a sore throat/and really wet eyes thing.. I have been sneezing and sniffing but me and allergies you know and I half remember to take my allergy pills lol so .. yeah. I’ll be really happy to stay home tomorrow lets just say -need some rest and tea and doing some swagbucks/reading/ catch up on my photo a day and what not 🙂
