Hey Everyone
OH MY GOD THE HEAT IS HERE FOR REAL YA’LL!! IT is MUGGY and HOT and EW 🙁 *cries* I swear every year that I dont remember it being this hot in the summer when I was a child- and I used to play outside when I was a child- in the summer! I think it is because I was either used to it, or maybe it is because I didn’t spend a lot of my summer here in n.c but in the hills of VA! Between the muggy heat and the crap rain.. it isn’t any wonder I am already like screw this crap! I
wanted to get out and go tanning this evening but it is like bathwater outside so with my asthma I am not thinking that this would be the best idea! I am going to have to see if David might want to start doing the tanning thing more late in the evening ( they are open till 10 for god sakes) he’s just usually wanting to get it done when he gets home which is cool because by the time he eats and showers and relaxes a bit he wants to go to bed and I understand that for sure- he doesn’t want to go back out.. I know there have been a few years though that we totally didn’t go out for anything till after 8 or so , so this might be one of those years!
I know that one of these weeks coming up sooner than later he’s got to do the 4 a/m thing too so just.. YUCK! I always feel so stinking bad because I can stay in for the most part- I only have to go out to take Mars out or if I run out to the tanning bed or something like that – but David literally works outside all day (as well as my dad) I can’t even begin to imagine! I’m spoiled lol.
I have read 3 books already today 🙂 I am working on #4 and it is a really short book -as are the other ones in the series (I’m on the 2nd one in the series) So I might end up getting through a few more of those before bed time! However, I am trying to make it a focus this evening to work on getting a couple reviews (at least 1?) up ?? I am trying to bribe myself with a 6 pk of angry orchard lol. I am trying to get to where my reviews aren’t so wordy (which I know- that is the way I am) and make them more like product features for the most part or something like that, if that makes sense? I mean still my own twist- and I have done them like that in the past …
I Had an opp come up for a paid post but it seems a little bit much for the money so I’m not sure. I’m not turning it down but they gonna have to lessen the requirements or up the money and maybe both lol. I did a paid post a while back that I made like the equivalent of 8 posts on so I might be feeling a bit greedy on that note! I know i’m one of those bloggers who says “know your worth” “dont work for free” but at the same time I didn’t ever forget where I came from, and Money is Money to me at the end of the day too so.. Yeah.. I’m not a greedy B!
Right now it is almost Time for David to be getting off work and Dinner was pepper steak in the crockpot that has been done forever + some rice I made while ago too. I am trying to perk up a little bit – I am having girly times… which is probably why I was so wonky tummied over the weekend = I am hoping that this a fast and furious girly time (well not furious.. like as in pain anyways lol) and it just goes on by. I forgot to take my sprinula there for 2 days again and I can tell that as well…UGH. you’d think a pill box would help me but it seems like I remember better when I don’t use one lol. Always Backwards I am right?
Well.. I’m going to get off of here and see if I can transition into some sort of review/feature mood and knock some of this stuff out!! I have pre-written 2 of the 3 i’d like to finish so that might be a good thing and allow me to push through even more!
