Hey Everyone
Last week FLEW by! The only day I can really remember is Tuesday when my mom and I went out to christian ministries , cvs , habitat, dollar tree… and that took up a good portion of the day! I also know that wed David and I ate out at the burger place across the road and went to publix.. Other than that I pretty well just did random house stuff and watched t.v 🙂 I have got behind on my reading challenge and photos but it wouldn’t take much to catch up on them. I think that A . lot of my time was likely spent printing coupons and watching videos and such too so… fun stuff! I know it was super warm last week too.. just a little preview of what is to come soon!
Saturday David and I went and ate lunch at the Mexican place and then later that evening he took me to CVS so I could get another 99 cent bottle of detergent(I have quite a stock now!) and then I had a random percent off coupon and I wanted to use that so we got some Advil liquid gels and david picked up some gum and a energy drink…
Sunday morning I ended up working out a small CVS transaction ( because everything resets on Sunday as far as sales and even new coupons ) and David took me to do it- went pretty well but one of the deals I wanted to do they didn’t have the product line for some odd reason. Also, I am having a snag with a particular girl that works there- lets just say she is super impaitent , tries to go too fast and likes to miss scanning stuff- she actually didn’t scan one of my soup coupons on Sunday so I mean UGH .. Anyways.. I got a super bad headache on the way home. We stopped at the chinese place and I was taking Advil and thought i was going to throw up and I get a message from my mom that my dad had “cut off his finger” (In reality it was the tip of his thumb) anyways after that I got the shakes, was super cold, couldn’t eat and never did shake that headache! I’ll get back to that subject in a minute…
Yesterday my mom and I worked up our CVS deals and actually went and did them on a Monday- and we never go out on Monday- especially couponing. I basically just piggy backed off her deals for the most part and it worked out pretty well. We didn’t leave until almost one and didn’t get back till after 3 because we had to go to a different CVS to do part of our deal… We kind of went ahead and went since she needed to take my dad to the hand specialist today ..+ she had /has a dr apt at 2:00 because of her toe (some kind of weird something went on there.. I can’t explain lol)
They were supposed to come do “preventative Maintenance” yesterday but It is stupid stuff like filters ( i can’t use that cheap trash) checking smoke detectors (ours work, and have fresh batteries, because if they die it is super annoying and marley won’t get out from under the bed) and check for water leaks (we look for those weekly) so I wrote a note for them to not come in- even though they say oh you don’t have to be home. I might be super weird but the only people coming in my house when i’m not here are my mom and dad…
Anyways, when we came by my building to get home at 3 they were up at the front part and I figured they’d be buy within an hour or so.. lets put it this way 6 p/m came and NOTHING…
This morning I went out with Marley and they were out downstairs and the one guy tried to pet Marley. Now… Marley is one of those I LOVE EVERYONE dogs and she has only ever been super weird about someone ONE time ever.. until now. She jumped back, turned up her fur and acted totally off. Lets put it this way, we got away and came back up here and I was like um, we don’t need anything done in our apt, and ran in the house and locked the door! I TOTALLY trust her instincts
So.. My dad is at the specialist right now. His apt was at 10:30 and it s 12:00 and I don’t know anything just yet. All I really know is the tip of his finger is like HANGING and.. he chipped the bone? maybe? i don’t know. the place they went to urgent care is part of the same people who they go to the dr.. and they are just freaking STUPID.. and then urgent cares aren’t typically so bright in our experience either so I’m just like I think when he sees a speicalist things will go better you know? I quit going there years ago because they were so judgmental about stuff… also they quit wanting to give david his anxiety meds and he only got them every now and then so..yeah..
Anyways, I wanted to update while I had a sec.. i’m going to grab some coffee and prob snuggle up and try to get caught up on some reading!
