Mama Kat Writing Prompts:10 reasons why you can’t sleep at night

Since Our current writing challenge on BE is only 20 days long, I need a few prompts to take care of the weekends, just in case I don’t make it by to write something regular. I really do need to get me a schedule for those posts so I know better how many things I need to fill in! Anyways,  I decided to pick a few of the Mama Kat Writing Prompts to fill in with! You all know I can’t sleep worth a crap most nights! I have been doing better but here are some of my top reasons (I don’t know if there will be 10 or not) That I can’t sleep!1. Over-Thinking certain situations that I can’t control2. thinking of things that I need to do online/blog posts3.thinking about things I need to do in the house4.not being tired.5. simply being restless6. being too hot7. can’t get comfortable/my arms going numb8.it isn’t late enough for me9. it isn’t dark enough in my room10.not feeling goodThose are a few of the top ones that come to mind. Sure, sometimes it has to do with waking up from a bad dream or just having a spooky feeling, or something like that as well. Thankfully the last little bit I have been doing well, but there is always the off chance that insomnia will strike my world again!
