Today has been SUPER busy! I haven’t felt like death on a cracker for the first time in a week so I have been making the most of it. I really haven’t even had time to sit down and I haven’t taken a nap or anything like that either!
I started out with wanting to wash the comforter on the bed, and then it just turned into the great laundry wash. I didn’t know that David had already put the towels in the washer and hadn’t started them, and then when I did put the comforter in, it didn’t want to spin out and I like to never got it to spin out so I could put in the dryer. We got a new washer last year, and apparently I did get used to having a front load! I thought I was gonna have to see if my mom could come figure it out. It held up the rest of the loads forever! I actually didn’t get the last load in until after 7 when David came home. I just waited to do the colors at that point!
I also went through the drawers in my dresser and in my chest on the premise of cleaning out some clothes, but I honestly cleaned them out so much the last couple times that I have been through them, there isn’t that much left to clean out. I even went through them at one point and literally tried every shirt I had on so.. yeah. Oh, and I made it into my little cubbies as well.
Then I was putting up laundry and washing dishes that don’t go in the dishwasher + running the dishwasher and on and on.. Hung up some random laundry… It just never ended.
David actually went to bed and I was going to go to bed with him, but I thought I would stay up a few minutes and read a book and try to wind down. Because.. When he got home I still never sat down.. we ended up coloring my hair! Then I even let it air dry and ran the straight brush through it *sigh*
Well, I am out.. gonna try to wind down and get in the bed !!
