Hey Everyone! I hope you are having a lovely Wed! I am trying to get caught up and maybe even ahead on the writing prompts here! I am also picking out the ones that are most interesting to me to write on Southern Belle too! Yesterday I ended up getting out of the house for a little while , while my mom ran to kohls! She was on a one track mission so I really didn’t get to look around ,but it was nice to be out of the house at the same time! I wish we would have maybe went in target or to goodwill but ..we didn’t lol. We did leave marley at her house in the laundry room though, because I try to avoid putting her in her kennel at all costs! That is why most of the time when David and I go some where we see if my mom and dad mind letting her come over and playing on the porch and what not! I actually think my mom got the wrong thing and has to go back to kohls, but I will probably stay home when she does unless she wants to go and do some other things or at least let me look around. It was pretty cool though the gal that checked us out was a gal I worked with there that worked there when I DID back in Summer 2003 lol 🙂 She remembered me .. ha ha 🙂
Right now I am hoping to be caught up with prompts and what not in the next little bit because even though it is getting hot outside , it is still fairly cool and there was a breeze blowing and I would love to get out with Marley before David gets home! leave it to me to get a fit bit and now I haven’t walked since last Thursday! I kind of got a little bit discouraged because we don’t really have any healthy food and what not right now…so here is to getting me back on the right track 🙂 If I can’t get out before David gets home hopefully I can go late this evening! I wanted to go late yesterday evening but it kept doing the cloud up/get sunny thing and the next thing you know we got this huge gully wash about 9:15. They were having a movie on this huge screen up by the pool and it had just started and people were scattering everywhere! I am glad we didn’t go lol. I know they are having a pool party this evening but I prob won’t make it to that either…I was kinda wondering if David would want to go up to L town where we used to live and go to bike night since my favorite band is finally going to be there. .. I have to say I miss going to bike night more than anything from being there! I guess we will see how it goes
Davids check was late getting to us this week so that kind of held us up on a few things as well. The only thing I am asking for out of this check is groceries and a mystic tan visit if we can swing it. Other than that I am content 🙂
I am still hoping for a cook out this weekend but I am not sure at this point. … David and I might just end up doing something ourselves. Heck… if he would bust out of here and take me to Boone for a day I would be on cloud 9!
Well.. I need to get off here and get some more things done while I have the urge. I also straightened my hair just a bit ago so I am happy about that.. if i get some of my clothes put away and maybe a load started I will feel that I Have met my domestic quota for today 🙂
