Hey Everyone
Well, I haven’t written much this week – I have written several things and not finished them, but honestly this was a “girly” week so I have been quite chummy with my friends Heating Pad & Advil + the furry cuddle bugs Sam & Marley for the most part!
I did go out Yesterday with my Mom to CM & Habitat but really didn’t get that much- it was actually the most blah trip I ever did to CM/Habitat – I got like a pair of pink shoes, a pink shirt and a pink night gown and 2 flashdrives -my shopping endorphins did not get fully stimulated at all on that note lol.
I do have this sudden “urge to purge” so I guess it is time to pick somewhere and work my way back through the house and clean up some assorted junk 🙂 I started a little bit yesterday with cleaning out some scraps of random paper from this basket we keep on the coffee table but I might get a little more involved here after a while /this weekend.
I know tomorrow we have to go into town to pick up a cable box and I had planned to eat lunch in town at this butcher shop/sandwich place that is kind of new but they are like VERY popular from what I hear .. but.. I might just send David off to get the box and stay at home because I am thinking he’s going to probably end up taking his dad into charlotte to one of the record stores and I don’t really want to go- I mean I do want to go to the record store but I want to go to a different one than the one they are supposed to be going to- so we’ll just have to see. I kind of don’t feel like going to town, come back this way to go to Charlotte, back here, back to town and back here.. that is just too much running for me lol.
Our neighbors that moved in down stairs under us- they moved in when David went to that concert a few weeks back. don’t know if I mentioned it but for some reason they are trouble making trash!! God knows I sit up in my bed or on the couch 99.9% of the time watching tv, messing on the computer, reading or whatever.. + when I am up and doing this and that i’m fairly quiet. We have had several neighbors on my floor since we lived here.. the girls that used to live under us lived here twice and i’ve had the same neighbors above me for a while.
Well for some reason these lovely folks have decided that we are “loud early in the morning” which is BS unless David making a sandwich and leaving for work is LOUD ..and I don’t get up early so.. yeah. We didn’t get in trouble about it or nothing, but I did get asked if we were up early and i was like well not really.. Anyways.. never had anyone complain on me for anything , let alone being loud and we have lived here 5 years so..don’t know what their deal is. I even go out in the hall and shut the door when I play music to make sure it isn’t that loud most of the time + it is in the daytime + hello apt. living might not be for you if you think it is 100% quite you know?
I had let it go for the most part and then yesterday when I got back from being out with my mom there was this HUGE piece of PARTICLE board on my patio that had to have been THROWN – I don’t think it fell because the girls up stairs just aren’t like that and the people below us have been loud in their own rights with saws and various things (but have I went to complain NO. because it is an apt place and yeah) so anyways that irked me off pretty good. I have been going out of my way to super super make sure i’ve been quiet ..OH.. and did I mention they are always out on the patio drinking and smoking and going on? Or they fight like cats and dogs and sit out on the steps and cry ? yeah. not amused. I have never turned anyone in or said a word about anyone here but if they keep it up I will. I don’t figure they’ll be able to afford to stay long anyways.. they don’t even have real furniture *shrug*
Well.. I want to ramble some more but I have some meat I need to see if it is thawed enough to get the tray off the back of so I can pop it in the crock pot and get dinner going.. then I need to do my general everyday bed making/couch straightening and then.. i’ll see where I go from there..
