Well I sure have been a bad blogger gal the last few days! I am 3 behind on my writing challenge, and I haven’t managed any other updates either! I am behind on working on BE Society too! It’s alright though, I can always catch up, plus I have such an amazing group of gals over there, they kind of keep the joint hopping when I am gone!
This weekend didn’t turn out the way I had hoped at all! I had hoped that we could maybe go to Boone for the day on Fri or Sat, but I forgot it was move in week at the school. I had also at least hoped that David and I could spend some time together just us, but that hasn’t happened yet either!
I did manage to finally find some cowboy boots at kohls on Friday and I was so excited I thought I would pass out lol. I used to have a nice pair when Jason & I were together, and somehow another they have disappeared from my world. I don’t know how or why, because there are two things that I won’t generally get rid of and that is Purses and Shoes! I did a total hunt of my house and my moms and couldn’t turn them up!
They are a little darker than I wanted, and some pink would have been nice but they are still awesome:
I am wondering if they were somewhere random when I moved some time another and they got put into something totally crazy like a tub of towels or something that I haven’t been in in forever? I bet they turn up now!
I also got a few pairs of boots back in the beginning of July at the shoe store…I am lucky that I can wear a size 4, so I have gotten 3 pairs of boots for 50 bucks! one pair was only 5 bucks! The cowboy ones costed the most at $35 but that is totally fine because most cowboy boots start at like 80 bucks!
We also bought the bible miniseries on dvd , the one that was really popular on the history channel back around the begining of the year, and we have watched the first few, and I am really enjoying them so far!
