Hey Everyone!
Well yesterday just DID NOT pan out for me! I finally got my review outlined (I am talking I went old school with paper and markers) I even drew a picture of how to lay it out! Anyways, that was after I slept in and got god awful sleep and should have just got the heck up! I no sooner got up , ate a little bit, david came home for lunch and then the fitbit came! Well I was charging it and getting to know it when all of a sudden I just felt like the bottom dropped out of my world! Then I got a really bad headache.. luckily I had already started dinner! Well.. I thought it was just where I hadn’t ate a whole lot or something so I grabbed a cookie, a couple of pieces of bread, some pepporoni- anything quick that I could eat. Then I got in the shower. I laid down for a few minutes..I figured it would quickly pass!
Boy was I WRONG. I kinda sorta felt a bit better so I started messing with my review a little bit more and here it came back full force.. it was pretty much time for David to be home at this point. I thought well Maybe a lavender bubble bath (i know I had took a quick shower but ..lol) and some advil. DID NOTHING FOR THIS HEADACHE! I was in the tub when David got here (and he was running behind!)
I still thought maybe I just hadn’t ate enough so I quickly ate some dinner …still didn’t help. By this point it was nearly 7 and this thing had pretty much ate up my entire day! I was frustrated because I hadn’t accomplished nothing, and in pain at the same time!
Around 9 it FINALLY Started to calm just enough so I wasn’t wanting to cry. Remember I have a high pain threshold! Around 10 or so I laid down and watched some little house..and went to sleep. Honestly if I wouldn’t have thought I would have woke up at like 11 I think I would have went to bed at 6 or 7!
I can SORT of feel the tiniest of twinges this morning 🙁 I hope it stays manageable and I can get some things done though! I can’t have another day like that, esp this week!
As far as what caused it I have a few thoughts but not really sure if it was one or the other or a combo… here are my thoughts:
1. I didn’t eat enough for lunch and all my energy had ran out
2. Blood Sugar drop
3. Caffeine Related. You know I have been off soda forever and even when I do drink soda it is generally sprite so it is caffeine free.. however I haven’t been drinking a lot of coffee since it is summer time and yesterday I had 2 cups of coffee…
4. Hormonal.. My female time is near!
5.Toxins from where I have been excersicing! I know this one sounds weird but one time before I Had really bad headaches and my DR. at the time had told me where I don’t do a lot of exercise sometimes when you start it will realease toxins that have been built up in your body
6. Eye Strain- I don’t wear my glasses like i should
7. allergy related- I have had the sniffles like mad .. who knows what is blooming!
I think that well covers it…lol
So Today I am going to mess around and get a few random things done, finish that review (or the majority of it) and see what else I end up getting into! I am going to see if I can get my mom to make something extra special yum for dinner so we can go over there to eat this evening.. I might nap sometime another later though because I pretty much know I won’t make it all day. Would drink some coffee but without knowing what cause my headache I just don’t want to risk having another!
