Today is a busy day in my world! I am trying to get a few things caught up online and offline! Today is one of the first days in forever that I have actually felt sort of kind of good- I would be better but I stayed up a little too late last night. I know that we went to the salt spa yesterday and I can def. tell that it helped me! I like to go when they have the $15 days (Regular price is $35 each) We have been 3 times , and it is so super relaxing and it has SO many benefits that there is no way that I could name them all! I know that it helps my acne a ton, and then I had a headache (sinus) since FOREVER and it knocked that out as well. It is also super relaxing! I wish we could get a monthly pass because it also includes infrared- it is on my wish list for sure!
It is sort of weird to go somewhere and NOT have your phone for an extended period of time, you know what I mean? It doesn’t bother me at all. Actually, I at times really think I could go without a phone or at least get one that was just a plain jane back in the day sort of phone (with a camera at least) Oh, and if you didn’t know I actually HATE facebook messenger and texts – if you need to tell me something super quick or show me a pic it is good- but actually having a conversation- ugh I hate it. I think it goes back to one of my ex boyfriends who used to just text me some super hateful stuff and my mom had to actually block texts on my phone because of it!
I got a new phone back in August which is super nice because I was constantly having to carry a power bank with me or find charging stations like the ones on Ecmmediallc.com and you don’t find those around here as often as I would like! At least this one has a decent battery life!
So in regards to the Salt Spa, David and I have been working a lot towards trying to be healthier and such- We have been eating at home A LOT and making healthier choices in general, and I am super happy with the progress that we have made. I have quit using so much processed stuff- it was always my joke that if a recipe said anything about a can of mushroom or chicken soup then it was for me! David’s health screen at the beginning of the year was super bad results with triglycerides and such so I kind of went with the whole new year making changes sort of thing! We don’t eat out very much anymore either and when we do it is more healthy sort of places and options. This website also has something healthy tips!
One thing I need to try to remember to do today is go through some of my jewelry- I don’t have a whole lot of anything that one would consider to be “fancy” but it is all special to me , if you know what I mean? I am lucky that I can wear cheap stuff and it doesn’t typically turn me green! I was in my box yesterday looking for a specific necklace and I like to never found it though. I also need to clear out some space for some that I won on an auction for my aunt and uncles pallet business a while back! Oh, and I need to find a pair of earrings to wear before my holes totally grow over again. I actually have stabbed them back through before , and I don’t want to have to do that again.
