Hey Everyone
Well.. I am sitting here waiting on hearing from David at lunch to see if he will be working to make up his lost time tomorrow or we will be able to travel with my parents to my grandparents in Va! I am torn on which way I want it to go so I just at this point would like to know. I have generally got everything around the house done and have made a pretty extensive what to take list (even though it is only overnight- you know how I am lol) I am hoping that I will know by lunch but with my dad having worked at the quarry for 30 years almost (and david almost 10) I know how they are! ( C R A Z . Y lol) My Dad doesn’t work Saturdays either way-we used to be crazy religous when I was younger so.. he’s kinda granfathered in that no matter what he doesn’t do saturday- plus he had vacation hours to cover his time so..
I mean I am not worried if David can’t make it up exactly because we can for one time in the 11 years we have been married pay rent late but.. I don’t like that lol I have always been proud of it being “on time” (well with the 5th as a grace period you know) so.. i’ll make my peace with it. I just wish we could get that sicker for the car tag! I figure it is in this mail loop of hell we have around here thanks to the address change and never having the same mail person 2 days running. If we don’t see it soon I’m gonna have to figure something out because the county we are in is anal as heck about that stuff and even though you can look it up/ we have a receipt you never know!
Oh and then I was thinking about if we get to go to my grandmas about leaving the car in the parking lot and how if these chickys from the office come out writing up towing notices- you never know they could write us one! Though I just tend to worry about random stuff lol
I was so hopeful to get to go because they were traveling on the right schedule, David was acting as though he wanted to go (He actually was like Are we going? and I was like um well I didn’t figure you’d want to- it isn’t that he doesn’t love my grandma and everything it is just such a long trip and whatnot esp. with Marley even though she travels so so very well!) I was excited that we wouldn’t have to go on our own and they were going on Friday and coming back Saturday and it wasn’t a 2 night thing or a up and back on the same day so I guess I should have known something might come along that would possibly hijinx my plans!
Right now I guess I am gonna get off here and put up some Dishes and await on word from David… and then go from there! If we aren’t going I am pretty well done except for Shaving (which can wait) and scooping sams box so.. lol
