I was up bright & early on sunday morning..I was up at what 4:30? I blogged a little before we left, bought david’s tailgate party pass. That’s when my bad luck began.
Well actually my bad luck had started with the fact that I finally realized my #revret12 tweets didn’t show up on the timeline/twitter feed./// like for all these months. and..well.. they still don’t 🙁
The party pass went through paypal 4 times, and ended up coming out 3 times! It put me a little bit behind on money, needless to say!
We left here about 9:15 and took the long way around. We went in Kohls to get david a nice shirt and pair of swimming shorts and lo and behold the shorts ended up ring up twice & they had to void everything and do it all over!
We had some extra time so we ran in target. They had 50 shades of grey books and well, I wanted hard copies so I go to check out with them and the girl tried to run my target card as debit and not credit..and well we had to wait for a manager to fix that as well!
We ran by Hickory Taverns to pick up tickets for Charity Case (they are kinda known, I don’t know if you all have heard of them? they are a cover band that one of the dj’s on our local radio station is in) they are having a 11 year anniversary concert tomorrow and you could pick up free tickets.
I got to great wolf around 11:15 or 11:30 something like that.I didn’t figure we would get our room right away, but since registration for the conference began at 12:30 I figured they might be a little bit more prompt. NOT. I finally went and asked what the deal was around 2:30 because they got a little rude with me on the phone. The girl said it was because we had picked the king suite but if we wanted the 2 beds we could go ahead and check in! I was like, sure no biggie!
This is where things start to blur together lol. I rememeber meeeting a few people, hanging out in the room for a bit and even eating at arbys ..but other than that.. I don’t know the order or what times! I know we also went up to walmart to buy me a corkscrew!
I went to the opening session of course and was greeted with another swag bag from pampers, and then headed over to the tailgate party!
