Hey Everyone
Phew. This weekend was a little busy! Saturday David wanted to go look at some apt up the road a ways- kind of 20-30 min away and I was like MEH not really interested but I am honestly sick of this place so I figured whatever.. well the place had where you basically just go to the apt and call and get a code to go in and look at it on your own which was cool. Anyways, I wasn’t super impressed- the price was really awesome but the traveling and then it had really weird spacing with the steps (+ no dishwasher) We actually ended up eating at this buffet that we used to eat at all the time- I have never got bad food there- we just never go that way really so that was cool.
He found another place we could look at on our way home so it was basically just up from the CM – actually across the street and straight down it was the lake so that kind of explained the pricing a bit on it- However, it just really needs work. To me it was like someone went in and tried to flip it and lost all their budget early on and they just redneck engineered a whole lot of stuff to the point it was a bit tacky. It was kind of one of those situations where it had TONS of potential and if they would take abut $200 off a month at least and let us fix a few things in exchange then it might would have been an option!
After we got home we found this other place that was the same price and well.. IT WAS OMG FREAKING like THE PROMISED LAND lets just say.. or as in the description : due east over the wooden bridge. It was BRAND NEW. BRAND NEW SMELL… It is JUST up the road.. the road beside where i lived when I was a little girl. I am IN LOVE and it is just like smidgen out of our budget.. I’m trying to figure any way in the world we could make it work- including if i could just get some piddly diddly BS job and make like $200+ a month. I mean it is like THAT CLOSE
the crazy thing- it is pretty well on the lake too. as was where i grew up. We would walk across the street sometimes into the woods and go fishing- I think this would basically butt up to that… crazy. which we also had the lake over on the other side of us and down from us. ..
Yesterday I was recovering from staying up way too late Fri/ Sat and + being sick and not resting last week + being out last week.. didn’t get a lot done but it was a good day 🙂
Today I got a few random house things done… and spent a good portion of the day working on CVS Deals on my own. + making the transaction- that was my hard part but I did well!
I totally want to write more but It has taken me All day in spurts to write this so i’m gonna go 🙂 more later!
