Sandwiches are one of my favorite things- but as with most things I am kinda picky about what I like 😉 As far as Subs I much prefer what I would call a “Northern” sub. Believe me if you think Subway is the bees knees- which let me tell you it isn’t -it is actually the most low rate sub place I think exists(of course that is my opinion)  I haven’t had a sub as good as the ones up north in YEARS but I hope I get to try one again sometime.
In the mean time I have came to like Firehouse Subs (ours uses Dukes Mayo- which in my world is the only mayo) Â Which Wich- I really like their options and the way that you order – if you didn’t know you pick a bag base on meat/etc and then you take a marker and check off all the options of what you want on the sub- it is really neat! They are a bit pricey though:( My absolute favorite though- and likely even the cheapest option is Jimmy Johns- we live JUST OUTSIDE of their delivery area or I would likely have a sub from there a lot more often!
So now as far as sandwiches at home- and parse’ recipes a few favorites of mine are:
- Scrambled Egg & those peppers in a jar with mayo
- Scrambled egg & Tomato w/Mayo- Onion is good too
- Roast Beef w/Mayo and lettuce and sandwich dressing
- Corn Beef W/Kraut- kinda my version of a reuben
I know there are other sandwiches that I like but that is kind of my  list of favorites right there 🙂
