Sometimes when you are writing you have to maybe write about things that you don’t really know a whole lot about- for me these things are usually things that we would dub as “guy stuff” but I always try to look into things and try to learn more about them just to be able to say Hey I actually do know a little bit about that / I have heard of that before- I always like to increase my knowledge when I can! One of these things that I really don’t know a lot about are performance bonds! You can laugh if you want to , but I originally thought that this had to do with putting things together- but it is actually more of something to do with money 🙂 See, you learn something new all the time. Sometimes that is my favorite thing about blogging- because I really miss going to school and being able to learn new things that way, so being online and doing writing work can kind of do the same thing for me sometimes!
Right now David and I are making fun of my mom and dad because of all of the stuff that they have accumulated – it seems like they just get more and more stuff all the time – I am not saying that they are junky or anything like that – it is just like they find good deals on stuff and then next thing you know…. My dad says that if he retires he’s gonna sale a bunch of stuff and be rich when he retires lol. I know better than that though. I do find it pretty funny that they have the house in Virginia full of stuff ( A lot of it isn’t actually theirs though- the family has kinda moved in on storing stuff there) The building there + their house here and they built this room out on the porch- this is how this whole discussion came about – they used to have a porch swing and they took it down and we miss the porch swing! Also? they have 2 out buildings and the shed and such as well. I am thinking that they might need to look into something like https://calhounsuperstructure.com/our-buildings/building-components/ if they have to have more space! Which I hope they don’t ! I do have to say too, that most of it is my dads… the outside porch room was supposed to be all for my mom but he is taking over in a hurry!
You know how I’ve been on a we need a vacation kick lately? Well.. actually I’ve probably been on that kick since we came back from the beach a while back but..
