Hey Everyone
Well..It is about 30 min or so before David gets home and I thought I would take a few min to sit and write a few lines …. The biggest thing going on for me today is that our Car Title for the truck has not shown up, even though it was on the informed delivery email from usps on Saturday and everything else that was in the digest email from that day showed up guess when? saturday 🙁 It was already a lost title so we had to pay quite a price for that and now it looks like it will be lost again and we’ll have to go to one of the instant title places and pay AGAIN at this rate. Of course, mail issues here are not anything new but instead of getting better it seems like they just get intermittently worse.. This makes at least the 4th important piece of mail this YEAR and doesn’t include other things and missing packages and such.
Oh and Michelle, Robert, Pamela and Rebecca who haven’t lived here in the 5 years since we moved here? We get your mail ALL the time and even with the NEW address.. which I know they never switched to. Oh, and our name is written inside our mail box. Our mail lady is just freaking crazy. She is seriously bipolar and she apparently has put the title in the wrong box.. and you know how people are.. they will either take it home and throw it out… throw it out at the box.. instead of leaving it on the board or taking it to the office or bringing it by.. and I can’t get anyone at the post office to talk to on the phone.. so far the only thing i’ve been able to do is report it missing online.. OY!!
Today I went and did a CVS deal but i’m not really happy with my results because first of all my coupon was supposed to be 5 off 3 pantene but for some reason we got only a 3 off 3.. I had made my peace with that but then the tampons were 5.99 vs 4.50 a box which drove my total up $3 .. then for some reason when I did the maui the sea mineral ones were $1 more a bottle and I didn’t realize it until after I got home.. I kept wondering why my total was like $5 or so more than I thought. .I knew some of it was tax but yeah.. I mean it was an 83 % savings but still lol. I actually wasn’t going to go this week at all but there you go.. lol
I wouldn’t mind going to the CM but honestly this week is going to be so loud and annoying here at the apt place- They are going to be power washing the patios/breezeways and painting- I figure this will likely go on longer than the week and it is supposed to rain and they didn’t even start today like they were supposed to so.. whee. I know my mom doesnt like to go to the CM on Tuesday though because they do tend to be busier that day since they were closed on Sun/Mon so we’ll see how it goes…
I did manage to totally clean out my coupon stash of shampoo/conditioner/makeup/etc last week and clean out a whole garbage bag of super old random stuff i’ve had forever (couponing now, so why do I need super old stuff) then I cleaned out some of the newer stuff and traded it to my uncle for pallet stuff so thats good. ..
Well, I really didn’t have a lot to say and i’m going to go run and make some pasta and put up the dishes.. catch ya later gators
