Hey Everyone
Well it is a super dreary day here in the south! Everyone is talking about the wind and what not and I’m like YOU PEOPLE CALL THIS WIND?? I think it is because of where I lived in Boone for 2 years which is in the NC Mountains, and you want to talk about WIND OR SNOW? HA!- People here are just wusses! I think they legit did online learning only today in my county. I mean who out there remembers when they were in school and they would just stick you under a desk or with a book on top of your head when we had crazy weather? One of the years I was at Appalachian we had like a 100 MPH gust on top of grandfather mountain and it blew the windows out in the visitor center- now that I call wind!
Today is my famous assembling Ravioli day! Basically I make my meat up and my pasta and put it together and it makes enough for 2 different batches- so the second go around I just have to thaw it and bake it 🙂 I had planned to get up super early and getting it going , because I actually didn’t feel half bad but the weather had me zonking out a little bit extra! Right now I just need to put it together and divide it up.
I might get back into some freezer cooking sooner than later- just with trying to be on this healthy kick I truly am trying to stay away from those cream of soups- and A lot of the freezer meals I currently make have those so- might be time to dig thru some of that meal planning bundle I got and seeing what I can come up with. That and I did just join some freezer meal groups and a challenge as well.. it seems like anymore I’m always in something like that!
I spent Sunday playing with my Cricut a little bit- and I am learning new things every day- I am just wondering if I should upgrade to the Air Explore 2 while I still can return the Joy- There are a few things that Joy doesn’t do that the middle of the road one does- but then at the same time the Joy is small and compact, and it makes boarder/s banners and such in one continous thing so I am really torn. Also- the air explore 2 they made a really super pink one but I can’t find it anywhere that will do payments- and I would REALLY like to be able to get that one one day you know?
Well.. I should write more in a bit – I’m gonna hop off of here and see If I can’t get the rest of the ravioli made up and get some lunch and straighten up a bit and then i’ll try to see what else I can manage to get done on the site today- I think the instagram on the sidebar is messed up again *sigh* lol
