This is me from winter 2004 around christmas time (I know the christmas part because in the other pics from that day I have on a santa hat!) so this is right before I went away to college! I used to love to put sponge rollers in my hair and sleep in them and have this kind of hair instead of plain straight hair or my horrible natural curls! It was much easier just to sleep in those and wake up and volia!
I haven’t done this to my hair and years and now I really want to- I don’t do good putting them in on my own and I honestly don’t even know where my rollers are – they are likely still at my moms in a drawer or something somewhere. I know that they are in the bag that my mom made for my chemistry goggles whereever they are and I know they are still around somewhere for sure because that isn’t something that we would have got rid of.
The image is tiny and low quality because it was taken with my actual webcam from back in the day 🙂 I had a bunk bed with a futon at that time so it very likely from the angle that I had it set on top and just plugged into my laptop (that is what I am doing sitting in the floor-I always sat at this little table that my mom still has) and used the computer.
