Hey Everyone
Well Today.. I have a sleepytime tea hangover ha ha but that is o.k! at least I got peaceful sleep and if I dreamed last night they must have been peaceful ones. My big mistake was going back to sleep when David left of course!
We TOTALLY had some weird random money snafu yesterday. David had got something from QVC about the same time I got my camera.. but we had his already paid off a while back- anyways we kept getting letters randomly about how they were trying to draw the payment for that item but since our account was empty they couldn’t. We were concerned and called and asked about the letters and they said they were having some account glitches and that we were square and to just ignore the letters if we got anymore of them (we got a couple).
Anyways, I randomly actually had some cash money from something- a $100 bill. Late sunday evening I was wanting some arby’s so instead of David having to break that at arbys late at night I told him to just put it in the bank..can you see where this is going? Sometime between lunctime yesterday and about 6:00 they drew the $75 which since David had picked up his meds at walgreens, had lunch and a car wash- left us with NOTHING (well I had almost $30 in paypal but still) We were on our way to walmart for a couple random things when we figured this out.
Anyways, we couldn’t get any help from QVC they pulled this we’ll look into it within 72hrs thing with him. So we went on in walmart and I really cut down on what I had planned to get…just got a case of water and a box of pop tarts david wanted. When we got home David called the bank and after over 45 min – they credited the money back – it was complicated because the money wasn’t processed all the way out yet. Anyways when it credited about 10:30 last night David went and drew the $60 from the ATM, got 11 in gas and left 4 in the account. I figure he spent the 4 this morning or at lunch. We have overdraft protection so if the money isn’t there it won’t overdraw thankfully.
I don’t know why I say we when it comes to the account. I am not even on the bank account and don’t even have a debit card for it! I absolutely hate auto drafts and banks – but that is something I have wrote about a lot over the years lol.
To try to end up having money for the weekend for snacks and what not I am going to try to get David to come home for lunch the rest of the week/buy some cheap stuff to take for lunch. It isn’t like we need a whole awful lot it is just random junk and whatnot. At least this time around we aren’t behind on anything like the car and in a panic you know?
I was thinking about having my mom come take me tanning because she has to meet someone to sell some honey but I am thinking I might just skip today. … wouldn’t hurt me any lol. I might see if she wants to stop by though and pick up the coupons that I ended up randomly getting her last night! They were giving out old copies of the sunday paper and they actually had the inserts. I took the one offered and while I had David looking to see if it had the inserts I found 2 more on a shelf where the sales papers were! Needless to say they had 2 redplum and 1 smart source each so my mom is pretty excited!
I have a few more things I want to write about but think I might split them into another post or maybe even 2 🙂 Especially since my eyes are itching/burning me really bad right now!  The only thing I really need to do before David gets home is maybe make the bed/put away some clothes. I am making tot casserole in the crockpot so we are good there too!
