I woke up at 3:45 this morning and never was back to sleep after 7! the continuing saga of the girl who doesn’t sleep! I am begining to wonder what the heck else I can do to help myself sleep. Yesterday I was actually quite active and didn’t take my regular nap, so apparently it doesn’t help me or hurt me that I don’t take one!
Sometimes david massages me before we go to bed and that helps me make it till almost when he gets up, which is great.
I want to start reading more this year (add that to my little goal list) because used to be I read right before bedtime/in bed before going to sleep and it used to seem like I slept better. Who knows …maybe that is my imagination ..but I think it did relax me some what!
I think a bedtime ritual would help, like bath, massage/ read/ etc something I could do every night /most every night to relax and tell my body hey, it’s time to go to sleep.
whats on the agenda for today?
I was on this kick to clean out all the junk in the house, but I don’t know where I am on that since I am wore out as usual. oy! I do have to go to gamestop to return a game this evening. It is used, and according to the reciept can be taken back w/in 7 days. I took the stickers off the front/back but I do still have them (their labels they stick over barcode/etc) I Hope it isn’t an act of congress and they don’t throw a fit. In my experience they are anal about crap and always want to give me a fit.
