Hey Everyone
Well.. I took a little time this morning to add a few things & fix a few things here on the blog!
- I fixed the instagram feed-I had to change plugins! I had tried to work on this a couple of times at night, but generally when i’m up after david goes to bed I am doing ALL THE THINGS and if something can’t be done quickly I move on! I actually knew that there was an issue with my previous plugin and something about instagram and whatnot for a while now- granted it took me a while to actually KNOW about it since I was pretty out of the blogging loop.. and I spend more time on the BACK side of things with the blog most of the time- sometimes things can be TOTALLY out of whack but because I am super used to seeing them , I don’t even notice when they disappear or mess up- it has happened with the background on this theme before, and it leads me into the 2nd thing…
- Apparently my ABOUT ME on the side bar with my picture had disappeared ...A G A I N.. I don’t know WHAT exactly is up with that happening but this isn’t the first time it has magically ended up in my unused widgets- so I got that straightened back up. Oh, and it needs updating but we’ll get there- baby steps ya’ll
- added my email list subscription box. I set up this thing YEARS ago, and have never used it , but it might be something for the future that I would like to do something with, so if you want to sign up that would be super duper cool
- added a podcast widget– sometimes I think I could really supplement the blog with rambling on a podcast so.. we’ll see if that ever happens. I make them ALL THE TIME just to get things out of my head!
- Accessibility Plugin Added– I had saw one on another blog, and I can’t find that particular one just yet, so i’m still working on that. I would like the Icon to be a bit bigger. It is on the top left if you are interested-
I’m not through playing around just yet- just keep an eye out – you never know what I might add or tweak 🙂
