What are some of your bad habits?
ahh. bad habits. I don’t know where to go with this one .. ha ha lets see what I can do
1.Soda Drinking: I am doing better on this one though..thank you crystal light! I think all my soda / caffeine drinking contributes to my weight & sleeping issues so i have pretty much went to crystal light,juice,teas,and water..and koolaide
2.alcohol drinking. you might be surprised to see me admit that drinking alcohol is one of my bad habits, but I admit it..it is a thing with me. I drink to relax, and I drink to not deal with things and it’s gotten to be a habit. I plan to do better with it 🙂
3. Fast food i’m doing better with fast food as well..We are getting better at eating things like subs n pitas and stuff instead of burgers and fries when we eat out 🙂
4.not working out: I need to do better with this. this directly would help me with my weight/fat tummy issue
5. procrastination: why the devil do you think i mostly bombard this site with TONS of posts some time..it’s cuz I should have mostly posted it early on!!
ok five is more than enough lol 🙂 see…i’m a very bad habited person!
