it works best when you put a title lol
Hey Everyone Yesterday was a super busy day for me...I cleaned a TON Of super random things that I don't usually get around to- mostly in the kitchen- drawers, cabinets and such. I also cleaned up my rolling cart, made the bed , washed dishes, did a few loads of clothes and put them away and on and on! This was all including taking a break for lunch and getting ready for David and my dads work christmas party- and David was home before 4... I don't really have a lot to say about the Christmas party , because I had some sort of sensory overload/panic attack thing and it was really awful- I can't really put it into words ... I know that when we left the party I did stop at CVS and grab the soda and tide that I had talked about earlier in the week but other than that... by the time we got home i was just shaking and it took me almost 2 hours to get calm! I haven't ever had anything similar and I really don't want to ever have it again Today is a super rainy, super cold day and … [Read more...]
6 Fire Safety Tips For Your Home
Life is unpredictable and unfortunately we have no idea what tomorrow can bring. Now is the time to make sure that you and your family are prepared for anything and everything that could potentially happen. Of course, don’t go overboard but knowing basic fire tips for that could occur in your home is key. Is it really that important you might ask? It couldn’t happen to me! You’re wrong. Image: Alpha Fire & Security System For one thing, fire doesn’t care about what type of house you live in, how much money you make at your job or what kind of car you drive. Fire has a way of making you pay the price, or someone else, for either your stupidity or complacent. There are not many second chances when it comes to a house fire but one of the most important things to consider is that it’s not the fire that is a danger to us, but it’s the smoke and toxic by product that is the most dangerous. So what matters should you take when it comes to learning and keeping your loved ones … [Read more...]
Paint Thinner SMELLS…
Hey Everyone Well.. I just wanted to take a minute and write while I had a notion to do so, so to speak! I know that yesterday morning after like 3/am or so I never got back to sleep- even after David left.. which is totally something that only happens every rare moon.. Anyways I laid down for a quick nap around 2 or so.. I had hoped i'd wake up before 3 so I could Take Marley out before all the kids get off the bus + this one super friendly girl that is VERY talkative that corners me around that time (Basically I have to be out and back in by 3 on the dot= and she hangs out there until after 4 and sometimes even 5) So.. It wasn't a big deal if I had to just wait but that is kind of what we have gotten into doing.. So I woke up a little after 3- and I kept thinking something smelled really weird... and when I went into the bathroom it like to knocked me out- It was paint/paint thinner some sort of chemical from where the people that lived under us moved out.. and of course they … [Read more...]
Holiday Gift Guide Review: IQAir AirVisual Pro #review #sponsored #iqair #holidaygiftguide
So, You very likely may have saw my previous review that I just wrote for IQAir-or you may have been following along with my blog for a while... Just in case though, I will recap that about 5 years ago, right after we moved to our current apartment I started having some breathing issues- which we would come to find out later is allergy/seasonal related asthma! It was pretty scary and I am one of those people who absolutely will not go to the DR or anything related unless it is a pretty scary situation- and I finally had to break down and go- and was very thankful that CVS Minute clinic was willing to see me since I don't have insurance I actually called them and told them my symptoms before hand and they were more than happy to see me- they just wanted to make sure you know that if it was SUPER bad at that time that I would go to the urgent care or ER. I probably should have done any one of those options long before I ever went to the minute clinic because it was super serious , … [Read more...]
kicking along
Hey Everyone well.. I just completed the first review i have done in OVER A YEAR .. WOW... That is totally crazy.. in all honesty it didn't take long to do- probably an hour all together- I know I worked on it last week for about 30 min one afternoon and then today for around 30 min or so. For some reason though, it wouldn't cooperate with my uploading pics on the browser on either computer- I know sometimes my little computer can be a bit finicky- it is even like that with getting coupons if you have to install a coupon printer for some reason.. but usually the big mac doesn't give me any issues.. It seems to be on pics that are from my phone- but only if they come thru facebook (like i send them to myself so I can download them if that makes sense? ) Anyways, I ended up having to load up my blog and upload them via my phone .. so it works but it isn't the way I like to do it.. but in the long run it might be an easier route.. Anyways I have one more review to do.. and if I … [Read more...]
