I admit to sometimes getting really interested in those As seen on Tv type things. Not always, but it seems like every now and again I see what that I think is really a neat concept and that I can't get out of my head - and sometimes that leads to me getting the item later on maybe if I see it at wal-mart or the drug store or something like that. A while back I saw an ad for the Clever Cutter on facebook- I don't hardly ever watch tv except for streaming so sometimes I am a little bit late to the party unless I do happen to have someone tell me about it or it pop up on facebook. Sits Girls Writing Prompts: What is your favorite thing to do on a cold day?
I am using a few of the sits girls writing prompts to help perk up the blog! You can find out more by clicking the image above! My favorite way to spend a cold day includes a few awesome elements! I first of all like to make up something warm in the crockpot or whatever- like a nice hearty stew or some yummy soup. I also like to drink a little warm tea or coffee and burrow up under a blanket/in the bed with the fur babes and watch something on tv /watch a movie and possibly read a book. I also like to crank up one of my fire place heaters or the electric blanket a little bit too. I like to be cozy and burrowy, and just relaxed. I don't like to go outside /go anywhere I know that a lot of these things seem like things that would be true of me on most any day but when you put them all together they are just so perfect :) You all know I don't like heat that well but I REALLY don't like cold even though it is easier to layer up than take clothes off I suppose lol. … [Read more...]

One thing I have never really been able to do is paint my own nails! It goes in with that whole random quirk thing with coordination that I seem to have. It isn't that noticeable- just certain random simple things I can't seem to do like everyone else- and I have done way better with it since I am older - and usually the only people who know are like my mom, my grandma and David. Other than painting my nails at this point, I can't even think of anything else off the top of my head if that helps lol. I also used to tell my mom that nail polish made my nails feel "heavy" I don't know why- I told you I am a quirky little thing lol I have however worn nail polish at different points obviously, and I have even painted my little cousins nails before - I think it really comes into play that I don't really do my own because I am uncoordinated like made when it comes to my left hand and being able to paint the right one - if that makes sense? Attitude and Missing Food
Hey Everyone Well.. I have to tell you that I do NOT even like my own attitude lately lol. I mean seriously I know I wrote I was sarcastic and snarky - more so than usual and it seems like everywhere I turn it is something else pushing on my nerves! I swear is it me or does everyone in walmart have to act like they have a stick up their hind end , not watch where they are going and never say excuse me? Or even better I was trying to get some consome to make my french dip sandwiches and it is on the very bottom shelf on this one aisle and this gal and her boy friend had to make out there for 10 minutes and would NOT move. IT is stuff like that really lol. Full of Sarcasm & Snark lately
Hey Everyone Well.. Let me see if I can get you all caught up on my exciting life- which I Say with all sarcasm intended lol. Actually I am so full of snark/sarcasm that is a big part of why I haven't wrote in a few days! Friday I went out and about with my mom for a little while -just to the habitat store and lunch and a quick walmart trip. by the time I got back home and straightened up a bit the day was pretty well spent. Saturday I had every intention in the world to do things both online/in the house but we ended up going to David's dads and then to top all that off his dad came home with us for most of the afternoon so by the time we took him back that night there went Saturday. that what am I gonna make for dinner part of the day
Hey Everyone Well currently I am in my WHAT AM I GOING TO MAKE FOR DINNER part of the day, because this is generally when it is time to lay something out or put it in the slow cooker! We are having a party here at the apartments tonight but not really sure of the food situation, because the flyer mostly boasted free wine and beer - and you know i'm gonna go sot it up because we pay a fortune to live here so I might as well lol. I was thinking a pot roast but I can't find a seasoning pack like I usually use, and I don't have any onion soup mix so.. not sure about that. I laid out some little steaks I have and I cold either make beef stew, beef barley soup or even beef peppers and rice (if I have peppers? I don't even know) I really should get in the freezer and make heads and tails of what is in there!
