Well, I know you all can tell I am a pretty open person here on autumn-rain. I don't take to holding stuff in and I have probably at various points wrote things in elaborate detail that I maybe shouldn't have shared! I thought about this topic all day, and I have yet to come up with something to tell you about me that no one knows. I mean yeah there are maybe 2 things that have went on within the last year that haven't been written here, but they aren't all fired secrets that several other people know about. Net still isn’t fixed & other rambles from the weekend!
I thought on Friday when David got our AT&T internet working again It would be a good thing. I was barley back online when I found out I was probably wrong! Apparently this site is a problem child and was totally tripping out my hostesses hosting package. :( I hope we can get all of it squared away soon. I had a million emails to go through and trying to catch up on BE was overwhelming! I finally got offline and went out to lunch and over to David's dads for a little while. He had this cute little kitten he was watching for someone and I wish he would have kept it (they said he could) but he didn't. Anyways I came home to find out someone had moved some things around on my site. I have 2 friends that have access here along with my hostess but I knew the things that were out of whack weren't something they would do. Well, this is a hard one especially when you are talking about a person who owns well over 1000 books (that was the last I counted and that was years ago!) And that doesn't include the massive collection of childrens books I have collected either! Some of my favorite books include the series of books The Last Vampire by christopher pike. I am not talking about since they rebranded it and called it Thirst or whatever. I haven't even read the last one of those they came out with that wasn't part of the original series because the last one I did read of the new ones was like WHAT? I am talking about the original 6. I generally reread them every summer. I have been bad with reading lately, well come on it's me I have been a little bit behind on a lot of things lately. So....How is it going for everyone this weekend? I have spent all day waiting on the people to come install the new internet and they just left. The WiFi isn't up yet because David has to set up the router. I think they said there might be a problem though that they would have to come out and check later because the speed isn't what it is supposed to be so that sucks! I am beginning to think we should stick with the crap we have LOL David's dad is babysitting a kitten this weekend...The people who are having him watch it say they would let him have it and I wish he would take it it. It is a TINY TINY thing not more than a couple of weeks old. I am going to go take it some toys after while because I just want to even if it doesn't get to stay. I had planned to do a few more things today but I have spent a could chunk of time writing a 7 page rant about some stuff that has been going on lately. It may or may not get posted here. And I didn’t have the internet, and it was NOT pretty!
PHEW! I have spent all this morning playing catch up! Yesterday evening about 2 p.m We got a storm and of course everytime it rains my internet goes whack. Thanks, AT&T. Well, I never could get it reset, called to get the password changed because it kept telling me invalid user name and password. Nothing would work. David called Charter on his way home because we have been having so many problems with AT&T since we got them like 2 years ago! They are coming tomorrow to install! They are giving us 30.o MBPS where we are only getting 6 Right now, and it is over $20 a month cheaper! They also are doing installation for $30 and giving us a modem! Sounds good to me, I can't wait. However, last night david tried for HOURS to get our web back up but he couldn't never get it. I had 2 ear aches yesterday(still have today..grr) and I didn't feel like talking on the phone with AT&T because their cell phone help is generally o.k. their internet never has been.
