*waves* I haven't been up to NOTHING today, and I don't CARE either lol :) I slept till about 11 a/m :) well..on an off that is! david got up around 7ish and went to eat breakfast with one of the guys that he works with,Eugene. Eugene is 75 and he is awesome! I got up and piddled around a little bit, then we went to walmart for a few minutes. We ended up with a box of wine (never had it. interesting concept so i thought hey why not) and a pack of really yummy looking steaks. We hardly ever have steak because honestly we can't hardly afford it, or beef in general, so i'm really looking forward to it! I probably should be writing reviews or paid posts..or cleaning in the house but.. i'm not. i'm just in a chill mood..and i'm enjoying it jut wanted to drop a few lines! i'm off to figure out what we are gonna have with our steaks!! :) … [Read more...]

The book that I am getting ready to start reading is Thirst #4 The Shadow of Death by chrisopher pike. I have liked these books since they were originally written as the 6 part last vampire series years ago. now There are 2 extra books and they have been renamed Thirst. A Quickie
This is a quick little post before I have to get my stuff together to go get david! Today is his last day this week of course, and i'm for one grateful, even if he isn't (which i think he is lol). I stayed up this morning after he left ...for some odd weird reason i felt totally awake. go figure. probably won't happen again, or at least not for a while. I finished commenting my blogroll (if i missed you i'll get you next time! :) ) worked on grits-reviews a little bit (um..yikes..i'll eventually catch up!) then I posted at veracity some..and worked on trying to clean my 2 pantries. I also have washed a load of clothes ...and i'm sure there are other things in there i'm just to tired to think of! I took a small nap between 2:45-3:45 and a very quick shower when I got up. I cleaned so much just..junk out of the pantries..like canned food older than the hills. the thing is the years on those cans would have been before i was EVER out on my own. EW. More Harris teeter super doubles :)

i think gift baskets would be awesome!
You know something that I have always thought would make an awesome gift idea???? Gift baskets!!! I have NEVER got one, and I really wouldn't mind getting one either! Then again I always had slacker boyfriends who barely would get me a card and a single rose too ha ha! David does a little bit better though, but he does have to live with me! There are so many options for gift baskets to! They aren't just generalized into one certain category! You have foods, and bath stuff. there are even baskets for baby stuff, office stuff, and about anything you can think of! The possibilities are truly endless. Baby, Baby Fever!!!
Everyone knows that lately I have been having baby fever like mad. Seriously I see things like a trendy baby blanket, I start wanting to buy them and hoard them up! I think my grandma actually already has some lol! I have collected a few things over the years, mostly baby shower kits that have invitations, paper plates and all that good stuff. I don't have anything major like a ring sling baby carrier, because I wouldn't know where to store something like that at this point in all the junk I have! I am seriously needing to do a clean out majorly, and some major organization as well! I kind of start feeling like my mom, she had saved up a bunch of baby things, then they told her she couldn't get pregnant ..she sells all her baby things, and then found out she WAS in fact pregnant with me!!! I really hope that one day soon I can start buying all those things that are essentials for your baby!!I am so anxious sometimes.
