Hey Everyone Well, I thought I'd take a few minutes and write a post since apparently I haven't written since super early in the week! Yesterday I had went and got packages in the office , taken Marley out and straightened up a few things in the house and was just getting going with the day really and David came home from work with some sort of tummy bug :(  so as you can imagine I didn't get a whole lot done yesterday. It was such a dreary day though I would have likely been cuddled up in bed with the fur folks reading the day away anyways :)  I know my mom had stopped by because some how another I had ended up with a bag of her stuff from walmart when we went on Monday and basically our christmas is cancelled this year :( I don't think I wrote that my grandpa is in the hospital- first time since 2003 and I am honestly not really 100% on what is going on. Hey Everyone Well... the weekend was just NOT long enough AT ALL. David worked the half a day Saturday. Ever since we got new phones he doesnt take his to work. Anyways, he was supposed to come home before he went to the Toyota place to get the car serviced- well he DID NOT and didn't have his phone. Lets just say he has had to work till 2 on a Saturday before and there was really not a way to know what was going on so I just figured he was still working- well he calls at 2:15 and had been at the toyota place for 2 hours already!  He said it would be about 45 more min and he'd be coming home so I figured around 3:15 or so. WRONG he didn't get here until 4! So that was pretty much the whole day gone UGH! Just like he'd worked a whole day you know? We grabbed some dairy queen and caught up on the cool kids and last man standing and that was about all for the day! Hey Everyone Well, this David having to work on Saturday crap is getting old in a hurry LOL I mean sure great for the overtime money and whatever but .. the 4 a/m thing? I could live with out that!  Right now it is after 12 so he essentially should be well on his way to getting home but you never know- I know that there is a wreck up north of us on the main road and well - who knows if our traffic out this way is backed up or not.. I can't really tell- sometimes you can see back up through the woods and by urgent care but I honestly haven't looked. My random thoughts at 4 a/m are so eclectic. I have always sworn they would make the best blog posts- they go from super deep, old memories , and more.  This morning my main concern was OH CRAP next Sunday is the family christmas thing at my grandmas. Hey Everyone well I thought I wrote you all yesterday at some point but apparently I did one of those open the dashboard & ramble and not finish deals Anyways, the weekend was a fast one! David worked half a day saturday and we went over to my mom and dads for a late lunch /dinner.  I know we went out sometime late Saturday evening to publix but I can't even for anything remember what we actually went and got... Sunday we had the snow/sleet/freezing rain event. Storm of the lifetime ? NO. Not in my book by far lol. It was pretty weak honestly- but it is odd for us to have an accumulating snow/winter event this time of the year. We generally don't have those until January/ Feb.  It was more ice or freezing rain and whatnot than anything. I think I had heard on Thursday evening that it was going to come out on the weekend and I stalked Amazon like CRAZY. I fell asleep cuddled up with my fur folks on Sunday while David was doing some random things and when I woke up BAM it was on Kindle Unlimited and I was set for the rest of the day :) It couldn't have came out at a more perfect time with our little snow storm/ice storm you know? :) I am actually on my way to reading it twice now.
