I am the kind of person that when I do reviews, I generally have someone else in mind other than myself that can use them- even though I do tend to do most of the reviews on things that are specifically for me.. sometimes I keep things a while and then pass them along and sometimes I keep them for well . .ever! I love to review things for my fur babes, but most everything turns out to be for Marley when it comes to that sort of thing- I guess because she is a dog and there just seems to be more goodies out there for dogs! Every now and again though, I get to review something for Sam (the orange evil in a fur cat of mine), and that really makes me happy when it works out that way!
One thing that we quickly learned when we first got Sam, was that he LOVES cat nip. I mean LOVES. When we had Shadow, I don’t think that he really cared anything in the world about it, but Sam takes great delight when it comes to it! When we lived at our old apartment, our neighbors mom actually brought me some cat nip she had had growing for many years and Sam would go out on the stoop and eat it right out of the pot! He would also go throw himself at the door and howl to go out to get some too! My mom actually grows it , and I am always meaning to bring some and have a pot of it again but never have gotten around to it!
Thankfully though, I was just browsing the web and I came across something I just KNEW that Sam would love and I knew I had to see about getting it to review! The company? it is called MEOWIJUANA! Their tagline is “for cats that need the weed”, and that would def. be the way that I would describe Sam!! So, they make 100% organic catnip just in case you are lost! They hand trim the buds, and it is grown in the USA. Oh and before I even get into it Sam thinks it is the greatest ever!
The Meowijuana folks were more than happy to send me over a big ole batch of assorted goodies! They have a ton of awesome stuff to choose from, and we pretty much got to try a little bit of it all! You should def. check them out in general, but they also have an awesome page all about catnip and the reactions that cats have to it that you might want to check out as well (There is an infographic too! As usual, when I have multiple items I just try to put up pictures and tell you my opinions/thoughts/etc and that is what I will do this go around as well- it just works good for me that way!
First up, I will start with the Purrple Passions Jar of Catnip buds! Check out the pictures:
Before I go any further- I have to tell you their descriptions of their items are awesome, and their packaging is freaking amazing!! Now, we got the small jar of this type of nip, and I think it is possibly sams absolute favorite thing he has ever had in his life. I am having to make it last for him! The catnip buds in this jar are picked during the plants peak oil production, so that makes it extra special!

Next up we got some Meowijuana Catnip Leaf & Flake in Meowi Waui(it also comes in the Purrple passion and Kalico Kush) This is kind of like the same consistency (not quality ) of normal dried nip I buy for the boy, but this he def. enjoyed a whole lot more! I kinda just fling it about and let him roll in it and have a good time!
Next Up: We got some Meowijuana catnip spray, which I have bought some in a different brand in the past! Sam LOVES that stuff sprayed on his scratch post and his toys -which is so funny because until we moved here I didn’t even think Sam liked to ever play! He really enjoys this, and it is in a bigger bottle than his other kind- and I can tell he likes it better!It is made out of 100% organic essential catnip oil! It really does help make him pay attention to his toys too!
Then we got the Catnibas Meowy J’s which are stuffed full of the catnip and rolled! you just break it in half and let the cat have a good time. Oh – and don’t smoke it – but then again why would you right?;)
Last but not least on the Sam goodie level (they sent a few things for me i’ll tell you about in a minute) They sent him this cute little Meowijuana Catnip Blunt toy! It is stuffed with catnip of course! Oh and it is made out of organic hemp fabric too! He LOVES this thing, and I can’t hardly get it away from him- except when he “nips out” 🙂
As far as for me they sent me a whole lot of pamphlets that I have gave a few out to the cat loving people in my life – it has all of their products listed in it, and then they sent me some bags and stickers (pictures below)
I am loving the stickers- and have gave a few of those away, as well as shared a couple of bags 🙂

If you can’t tell Sam & I don’t have a negative thing to say about Meowijuana – I love the concept, the product, the packaging is awesomesauce and I love that it is something for my baby fur man(o.k. I have had him 7 years now but .. you know… 😉 )I know we are going to enjoy our goodies in the future, and maybe we will even get to try a few things that we haven’t got to just yet !
