When we first moved into this apartment I had such high hopes with decorating it because it was so different from the other places that we have lived (well, considering that 2 of the 3 apartments we lived at were at the same place!) I was really super excited to have an actually patio and quickly ran out and got pink and green chairs for outside!  I had hoped to actually put up pink lights out there but David wasn't going for it! I was pretty bummed, but he did let me put up Christmas lights that year so I was happy! Sometimes I see something and I try for a good while to get it to review before I ever wind up with it, sometimes it isn't cut and dry and it isn't instant - but it seems like those are always the most exciting reviews that I get when they come to be a reality. Oh, and sometimes you have to find somewhere other than the actual brand to get the review from too! The latest item that I got to review was one of these "special" items and it was the Ring Video Doorbell that I got thanks to the wonderful folks at Hammacher Schlemmer. I worked with them last year on a review for my wine fridge which I really love, but I did end up gifting it to my parents a couple months ago! So in the last review that I wrote I told you all all about my sleep ritual and how I love making going to bed an "event" that I really look forward to all day long ;) especially since I really don't nap that much anymore- and a nap just isn't the same as getting ready for a good burrow-y, relaxing sleep that night time can bring (well, when you are me that is sometimes not the case , but that is my mission at bed time :) ) I have been REALLY lucky lately to get some really awesome things to review that involve relaxation and going to bed including sheets and even a new mattress. The latest thing I got to review though might be my absolute favorite thing ever- thanks to the awesome folks over at HoMedics! I had been wanting a sound spa for quite a while.
